The 4.2 built ecoboost was always cheaper. And I’m building a 3.5 transverse mounted ecoboost so Ik what the numbers are.

A lot of people don't know the 2.7 and 2.3 come with forged internals crank and rods. The pistons are not forged though.

Just depends, e85 is way stronger than regular gas if you’re tuned for it. You could gain 20-50hp easy on a boosted motor.
