The news clip from the beginning was a real news clip about this song, which was from reported backlash of the song sneaking "fuck" onto the radio in response to all the label censorship of her content, her conservatorship, which no one knew about at the time and the constant tabloid news and media criticism about her being an "evil slut" basically. I think that by dressing up in a very traditional, conservative outfit with her nuclear family at the end, and the media swarming her anyway represents how she feels about the hopelessness of getting the media off her back. A lot of her songs from around this time are also about the same stuff
