If your footprint is extended out further than the tent floor, it allows rain to puddle onto the footprint and more than likely it’ll then run right under the tent. Make sure your footprint is an inch or two smaller in diameter than the tent floor, so in your case definitely have the footprint turned the other way. We have a large lipped rubber mat for just outside our tent door (it’s actually meant to be for on top of a dryer lol but it works pretty good to put wet/muddy shoes onto.) For inside the tent we use floor foam squares that puzzle fit together or sometimes a cheap 5x7 rug. Gives a little ground insulation plus is nicer to walk and sit on. You're likely right on both occasions! I've used a french press quite a bit, but had to give this a full try! Realistically its too many pieces to keep taking camping

Love the Temu series just watched a few videos, my mom enjoys buying things from there pretty much everything has been pretty decent, one time the package was lost we got a refund and another package which was great! this gives me ideas for her since she enjoys camping, so thank you! New subscriber!
I wish that TEMU would have a registry just like Amazon... that way us viewers can buy stuff for you, from the list of things that you put on there. I mentioned multiple cameras before. It would have been awesome to have perched in some trees overlooking the campground, as voiceover B-roll.
That is a pretty good idea. Maybe I'll try to setup a website where if people want to send me stuff to checkout they can buy it through a link or something
I've bought several things from Temu and some is good and some is very cheap. You ordering the tent made me think of ordering an e bike and it was supposed to be delivered on April 15th and I gave up in June and asked for a refund. The items you reviewed look like they are good products. Thanks for the review
Happy Bday 🎂🎈🎂🎈 Love your videos, definitely helps me with my purchase decisions when seeing it actually being used... I wonder how many times the tent can be used before its like an inflatable mattress and has a leak.. every single air mattress i ever owned in the 36yrs of life, always deflated after a couple uses, even the spendier ones.
I do kind of wonder the same, but from the reviews ive found all over people dont seem to have that issue. The seems themselves are double sealed as well, they have an extra layer over every one. But rest assured ill keep testing it!
Happy birthday Gaz, Great vid Gaz, most of our camping gears from Temu. You should give the portable fold out fire pit with the mesh a crack. Great show, and I enjoy watching it. 🇦🇺
I got that table, w/o the extender legs, about 3 years ago. It was advertised as a beside table. The seam never wants to stay flat, there's no lip to stop things from sliding off, and things slide around a lot. If anyone wants to buy it, use some rubber shelf liners, or remember to keep it steady.

Nice video! Pro tip for the coffee... Get a bit of salt on top of the coffee before you pour water over it. Not to much offcourse, you may not taste salt in your coffee. But salt is a taste enhancer. I always do this when camping and you do taste the difference.
Hey buddy nice video. Just wanted to give you a little tip when using the ferro rod. Put the metal part which is called the striker close to what you want to ignite and hold it still. And use your other hand holding the rod to pull back. It will give you more control and Make it less likely that you smack your hand.
Coffee directly into the cup WILL have grounds in the bottom of cup. It is better to still use a small round paper filter over the build in filter... From very own experiences in the past...

@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial really a great way to test that tent out! I always thought those inflatable tents would not be able to even hold up a fan and/or lights, let alone stand up to the wind and rain you got on that trip. Those two items I think are next on my Temu list!
I have been ordering all my camping stuff from Temu too. Everything so for has come when they say it will come except the tent. It was shipped from over seas and been on hold in my state now for almost a month. So for tents on Temu for shipping has not been ideal. Can’t camp without a tent 😂
Every link I clicked on in the description says that the item has been discontinued...very odd. the airtent looks nice, untill you go search for a quechua fresh and black air seconds 4.1 for about the same price with warrenty & a heck lot of a better reputation. If you plan on bringin a miniature stove, they also sell one with peletier elements in it... you can hook a usbcable to it and charge your devices while heating up your food.
That does look like a pretty interesting tent, It is about 130$ more than i paid for this one and looks a bit smaller. But I might have to order one and check it out!
Nope not anymore.when I was young I am 57. Not the age to want to camp. I prefer hotels with room services. But in my 20's I camped all of the time. With my brothers family. I invested in a 12 man dome tent. I wanted something I could stand in and have two rooms. And a Queen size aero bed . I also had a large Coleman propane cooking stove with 4burners. I also had a camping generator. And Coleman . Buy great quality and have it for a lifetime. My niece and her husband got all of my camping gear. That tent is 30+ years old and still looks new . Buy Quality products.

I just hope your channel blows up. You seem honest and a nice reviewer. Here since 13k :) All the best for you.
Appreciate it!
Love the Temu series just watched a few videos, my mom enjoys buying things from there pretty much everything has been pretty decent, one time the package was lost we got a refund and another package which was great! this gives me ideas for her since she enjoys camping, so thank you!
New subscriber!
Awesome! welcome to the channel!
How to make camp coffee, Pour water into a cup to then pour into another cup to then pour into two MORE cups to then pour into 1 more cup.
You guys should review gear on how easy it is to break down and pack up when its time to leave. We never get to see how bad that struggle is.
I'll make sure to do that in the next review, honestly it was really easy with this one and fit right back in the bag
That rain just reminded me why I might want to rethink camping
Great setup nonetheless!
Honestly, the rain kind of made it more fun in a way. Laying in a nice tent listening to a storm is really relaxing!
I've bought several things from Temu and some is good and some is very cheap. You ordering the tent made me think of ordering an e bike and it was supposed to be delivered on April 15th and I gave up in June and asked for a refund. The items you reviewed look like they are good products. Thanks for the review
Well i'll say this, Im currently working on a video for a 5,600 watt E scooter that i bought for $900 from temu, and this thing is amazing!
Nice, even before this video saw this tent o temu, you helped me to decide. Thanks
Appreciate it! Im sure ill be testing plenty more camping gear in the future
@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial look forward to it, really enjoy your style. Keep up the great work. 🇦🇺
After this hurricane here in Houston, I'm ordering 5 of those fans. GOTTA get em!
I just used that fan in my latest video hammock camping... Freaking love that fan!
Happy belated birthday. Pity the weather didn't exactly work out. Definitely more camping videos. I enjoy them. Awesome vids.
Love this stuff. First time subscriber. Do more!
I appreciate the fact that you gave that fire starter a chance, I would have threw it out after 4 strikes 😆
It really wasn't too bad haha!
Yeah basically what I was saying, Its.. alright. But there are likely better options!
I love my 4 Patriots cooler, but mine is the that will run on electricity, 12v, solar, and battery. It works fantastic.
You bought the warm white lights. Should have bought the bright white.
Ah Yeah 4 patriot coolers, and patriot coolers are two different companies!
@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial I get that but mine is from 4 patriot. I also bought from them because I too am a retired veteran. They donate to different organizations for veterans
Hey I loved your video. Next time just a tablespoon or two of the coffee grounds is plenty. I actually laughed so hard. But did enjoy the clip. We’re country people and give you kudos for your content. Just practice. Use hard wood not pine in the little stove. God bless you son. Peace and love!
Appreciate it thanks!
Happy 36th Birthday! Cool camping gear! Thanks for sharing! I would like to see everything you forgot to bring. Looking forward to your next camping video. Hopefully it won't rain next time, but I don't mind the rain. I've camped in snow before. Pretty fun!
Hey thanks! Appreciate the nice words
Nice video! Pro tip for the coffee... Get a bit of salt on top of the coffee before you pour water over it. Not to much offcourse, you may not taste salt in your coffee. But salt is a taste enhancer. I always do this when camping and you do taste the difference.
I'll make sure to give it a try! Thanks!
29:55 Awesome. Been wanting to get one. Great job, Patriot! 🇺🇸
Happy Birthday 3 weeks ago! Thank you for your ratings as they may help me purchase camping equiptment soon!
Thank you! Glad it helped!
Some of my favorite camping trips ever were Raining 🌧️ Trips with my friends
It was a great trip, and its so nice to sleep when its raining
Hey buddy nice video. Just wanted to give you a little tip when using the ferro rod. Put the metal part which is called the striker close to what you want to ignite and hold it still. And use your other hand holding the rod to pull back. It will give you more control and Make it less likely that you smack your hand.
Appreciate the tip thanks
Coffee directly into the cup WILL have grounds in the bottom of cup. It is better to still use a small round paper filter over the build in filter...
From very own experiences in the past...
Loved it also great choice of music 👍🇺🇸🙏❤️
Hey thanks!
Great video. Looking forward to seeing your videos.
Appreciate it thanks
I bought one of these and it's great
Enjoyed your video, keep them coming
I enjoyed the video you should definitely make more videos on camping. I want to see the hammock in action.
The hammock video has been up for awhile. Check recent videos ^^
The tent is great!!!
How well does this hold air?,would hate the tent collapsing in the middle of the night due to low inflation
Its been up for the last 4 weeks straight in my back yard to find out this exact question. Hasn't lost one ounce of air. Going to leave it up another week before I pack it away. I figure 5-6 week test is more than enough
Thank you for your reply
love it when it storms while camping in our tent..
Im a fan myself!
Cool video, great idea. Full disclosure, I clicked on it because it was in my “videos recommending your video” section on our analytics. 😃 👍🏼
Haha good to know!
Cool tent, but everyone knows the coolest thing in the video is that shirt 😀
Another great video, always appreciated all the work you put into them. Let's see some hammock camping, like Superior Hammock gear please 🙏
A more accurate description of this video would be I found some stuff on temu and bought the rest else where because temu didn't have it
Well come on now, it was mostly from temu.
Happy Birthday Gary, great video keep up the great work.
Next time you test out a fero rod...scrap the black coating off and use the long sharp edge to get a spark 👍
It was throwing sparks pretty good, just took a minute. Are you normally supposed to scrape the black away? Thanks for advice
Fero rods are cool, but my lighter works better. Plus my lighter has a picture of a naked lady on it 😊
@BobMonkeypimp 🤣🤣 true but if you run out off gas...fero rod it is then just remember scrap the coating off first
@@BobMonkeypimp Gotta have the naked lady. 😄
So temu is not a scam, cool, good to know, I always wanted to order stuff from temu but with all the scams going around on the phone ,I thought it was, thanks for stopping by subscriptions and showing us it's not, much love bro😊
Ive got tons of content on temu for sure, Never been scammed. And thanks!
Buying through TEMU, is straight up Treason. 🇺🇸😭😭😭
it's a scam, i would comment but my comments keeps getting deleted and it's really annoying
@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial found a bunch of scams there usually price scams like 1,300 normal price but on sale fore 300, they make it so high to make it look like a good deal.
thats a type of scam inside itself to get people thinking there missing out and to get people to buy quickly since it's a "good deal"
Flash Drive are also a scam there normal price says around (50.00) but on sale it's around 10 yet normal price on amazon is around 10.00 for 64gb
This is the 2nd reviewer of this tent. Both liked it, but neither showed it getting taken down. Could you show that, pease. How well does it go back up the second time after Not being packed by the company?
Coulf you please review tent, with dome later experience? For example uv stability, pressure stability, etc?
I bought a Walmart fold up table.. size of a large briefcase when folded .. Adjustable legs.. under $30cdn I love it
I'll have to check it out. I mean this one works.. It just never sits quite flat and that kind of bugs me
@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial for sure.. I use mine at work.. I keep it in my car and use it often
It's worth mentioning that Jet boil stoves are great for boiling water but they are crap at cooking food as they are waay too hot in one spot and this results in burning the food and sticking to the pot bottom...
Boy sure have changed since I ever tried to put one up. It looks pretty neat. Great video.
Its a game changer for sure and thanks
Happy late birthday awesome video I’m super glad I found your channel in depth reviews and you seem like a genuine person keep up the great work 🔥
Hey thank you! welcome to the channel!
Demolitia shirt, love to see Demo getting love.
Sigh. Really loved this video and wanted to purchase this tent. Both Amazon and Temu say its discontinued. Anyone have an idea where else I can find it?
I buy stuff off of Temu and everything i have bought has been really good stuff
Great camping video, lots of your core group have been waiting a long time for this one! Looks like it's time to test more cooking items (hopefully in future camping vids!) fun video, thank you!
Happy birthday to you!
Thanks John! Again if the feedback is positive im down to do many more!
@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial really a great way to test that tent out! I always thought those inflatable tents would not be able to even hold up a fan and/or lights, let alone stand up to the wind and rain you got on that trip. Those two items I think are next on my Temu list!
When you use those wooden sticks to cook on you are suppose to soak them in water for an hour or so first then they won't burn
I have been ordering all my camping stuff from Temu too. Everything so for has come when they say it will come except the tent. It was shipped from over seas and been on hold in my state now for almost a month. So for tents on Temu for shipping has not been ideal. Can’t camp without a tent 😂
Ah yeah thats unfortunate! I also wouldn't suggest their hammocks... At least not the one I tried in my most recent camping video.
@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial I watched that. That totally suck
Happy birthday and thank you. Awesome video.
Hey thanks!
Every link I clicked on in the description says that the item has been discontinued...very odd. Maybe it's a location thing but if that was it, you would think it wouldn't show any products at all, and it does. Not sure what's up with the Temu site. Did anyone else run into this issue? Thanks for the great video, I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Likely a location issue from what ive seen in the past. Would be nice if it didnt keep happening though.
Keep doing camping videos ❤
the airtent looks nice, untill you go search for a quechua fresh and black air seconds 4.1 for about the same price with warrenty & a heck lot of a better reputation.
That seems like a great birthday campout!
Would like to know the door size of this tent please 🙏
Happy belated birthday hun🎉
Nope not anymore.when I was young I am 57. Not the age to want to camp. I prefer hotels with room services. But in my 20's I camped all of the time. With my brothers family. I invested in a 12 man dome tent. I wanted something I could stand in and have two rooms. And a Queen size aero bed . I also had a large Coleman propane cooking stove with 4burners. I also had a camping generator. And Coleman . Buy great quality and have it for a lifetime. My niece and her husband got all of my camping gear. That tent is 30+ years old and still looks new . Buy Quality products.
My favorite coffer. BRCC is great.
U had me at “temu vs the storm”😂😂😂😂😂

Next time, please make a list of things you need. I've heard that writing a rough script helps too. It apparently helps from forgetting what's next and prevents running off in a tangent, off topic. Although this tip would elongate the video production time, I heard multiple fixed cameras do well with keeping your viewers short attention span. lol
