Kirstie Alley's death: Know the warning signs of colon cancer

Kirstie Alley's family has revealed that she died after a brief battle with colon cancer. A statement says she had only “recently discovered” the disease. Colon cancer is known as a “silent killer,” because symptoms often take longer to present themselves than in other types of cancer.
