I think that right now may be the right time for DW. Droll is totally out of the format, only Ritual Beast and maybe Tenpai plays Shifter. dropping Mulcharmy can lead to deck out challenge. Dark World would be a total surprise and a good pilot may actually win some games
And also I'm wondering: Tract is HOPT just like Dark Corridor. Also DC can't be searched but Tract is searchable with Engraver. Personally Prefer using 2 of each for this reason. Wouldn't 3 Tract be a little much?
If you have mothman in your hand, and you use Fiendsmith Tract, you can add Lurrie. Discard the mothman, habe both olayers draw a card, discard Lurrie and you've ripped one from your opponent's hand, too.
@attackanddestroy3136 sadly you don't gain any advantage from your opp as they will draw one so +1 then ditch 1 so go back to what they had, if it was you that chose the card sure but opp will always ditch a card that gives them most advantage or least amount of loss
@@AdemBenrhouma-nx4uw what is it your lost with? currently its just a meta engine that you can access from the extra deck that either sets up the ddd high wave king for summon negations or you work your way into sequence which is another way to access your fusion monsters
@@AdemBenrhouma-nx4uw Honestly you dont need to do both, the only time youd go fiendsmith and hand rip would be to bait HTs or as an alternate route to make Grepha fusion before you start the rip. Its just an alternate engine that lets you keep going if they try and stop you with multiple htS, (Except shifter and droll ofc)
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh Thanks for your reaction. A friend of mine plays a Dark World deck. I was playing Melffy, going first - which more often than not summons a Herald of Arc Light. He had a lot of trouble just not being able to summon anything, given that all of the monsters in his hand either needed to be special summoned through discarding, and were > lvl 4, so could not be normal summoned. What mechnisms/cards does the deck offer to combat this? I would'nt call it bricking, it was just a very unfavourable matchup, and it kinda bummed us out that he was just not getting any plays done, so I wanna help him strategize.
@IAmTurbogfx are you saying he was playing to many above level 4? The dangers can still help as even if they get banished they are still discarded so trigger the effects. For the normal summon slot you can either play Kokai meru guardian or laval golem both will deal with herald
I know you don't do it for every deck but do you plan on making the magikey profile competitive. I only ask because I had some ideas for it and wanted to compare to what you may or may not put in the deck
@dontelawson4028 that's ok, the current plan is to keep it competitive while also keeping budget in mind, so I'm not going to splash 3 Fluwas in it for example along side Impulse and stuff
@gdgdgd35 you have so much bait and so much gas that it's a final option kept in the bag, you have much better, quicker options to OTK the opp if uninterrupted, but if they interact with you, it's quite easy to work into zelantis and muk with all the exstenders, dangers, Fiendsmith, dw you have as none of them lock you into anything
@bendes7105 you can go round a loop where you can summon pretty much all 15 mons from extra deck, Then you have fiendsmith summon from deck, the idea is if they purulia you to, your summoning dangers for the hand like crazy
awesome video.. honorable mention for side deck: santa claws
the problem is getting rid of just one monster is often not enough and in darkworld you dont need your normal summon not really anyways
Right when I wanna play dark world again this comes out. Thanks for the upload!
Any time!
Me too i wanted to get back into dark worlds thx zephyr!

You still run into Droll but as heavy on the TCG because Maxx C is banned. In Master Duel, I run into all of the HandTraps 😂
I'd have to say, at least for me, MVP is Genta...
I would add the feed Smith engine, but that is way too expensive
Waiting for a while to get this update after the Lacrima hit. Thanks a lot!

Can you do a combo guide plz 🙏?
These are the base line combos youll need to know for DW - ua-cam.com/video/HlmncXZ4-qw/v-deo.html

What would be this deck's answer to Herald of Arc Light if it's going second?
@@IAmTurbogfx normal summon, kill it then go off

Gotcha. That somewhat answers one of my questions but I digress; I will save it till then
Question
Would a DDD fiendsmith deck be a thing??
@kennymaldonado3452 it can be yes, you'd use Fiendsmith to set up early acess to Wave King or you can have it help recycle some DDD to make Gengish
Is this zealantisthing your usc? I will never understand how you build mc + zealantis going 2nd without beeing interruptet

Hiw true is the new leak about dark world support?
@kangsta3893 they seem a little to good to be true atm, so wouldn't buy to much into it, till we get an offical source
how can we deck out under fuwaluss?

always making darkworld viable theyre so fun to play but handtraps sux
Yup sadly part of the game hense "adapt and overcome"
Play a dark world match
