- An exciting sample of our Historical Recreations work for the series "Legends & Lies: The Real West" - Action and Dramatic "Style Reel" to showcase the Directing, Historical Costumes, Special Effects and Set Design work provided by the 'LionHeart FilmWorks' and 'Historical Wardrobe' teams for the show.
The series "Legends & Lies: The Real West" was produced for Fox News Channel by Warm Springs Productions and the series explores and examines stories behind some of the most famous -- and infamous -- figures of the Old West. Each episode delves into the life of one such individual, using new interviews, archival photos and forensic science to paint a complete picture of the person. Direct descendants and historians are among the interviewees who shed light on the lives of such figures as Jesse James, Davy Crockett, Doc Holliday and "Wild" Bill Hickok.

Excellent production! Accurate collection of clothing, weapons, and all aspects of the time. Well done!👍
I’d love more presentations like this…starring more famous people of the past and their capture or demise or successes. Thank you for uploading on this channel, even though the comments section is small! ❤
I had the honor of visiting his grave in deadwood when I lived there that town is full of History if ever you get the chance visit it it's worth the time 😁😍😍
Is it still as Wild?🥺 Hi 👋🏽 from Australia 🇦🇺
I’d like to visit one day, but what’s the crime rate? Is it a safe place or am I going to regret it? 🤔 🤣✌️
@@kathrynbillinghurst188 No, bears and people with six shooters run around wild. I think you will be safer in Australia. Don't forget another booster and to mask up.
Fantastic
THANK YOU 🍇🍇🍇
Bills back was 2 the back door not front
Bill was not carrying his Colt Navies when he was killed.
In the reporting of the day, he fell back on the chair. This is consistent with a shot to the brain and complete loss of neurological function and collapsing on the chair like a rag doll. All reenactments seem to forget the brain and blood splatter. As for the Aces and Eights, another legend that cannot be corroborated.
The man he killed by accident was his deputy
Aces and eights a myth I agree
Bill sat on a stool not a chair quote by Sam young bartender #10 1876
