Lots of institutions unfortunately cater to SAT and ACT instead of making learning meaningful and enjoyable.

I just love how little Beau is helping her daddy. She can fill holes, use a screwdriver, hammer and now tests the durability of Solar Panels. And of course running in and out of Mommy’s videos to give some action and interest.
She’s just leaving fingerprints on the wall so you’ll never lose her, and of course it was very kind of you to buy a fridge that she loves playing on.

When you touch up that wall, I would use a semi-gloss or satin finish for washability purposes. The sheen won't be that different from a flat paint; it sure will make washing Beau and then Cam's fingerprints off a lot easier.

Suggestion: instead of painting over Beau’s fingerprints. On Amazon, buy a fiberglass fingerprint brush and a small jar of black latent fingerprint powder. Use it to expose the prints. Hi guys
I have been watching since containers were brought in. Loved the idea of all this since 2000.
So, I said I was going to do it before I am to old to enjoy it. I wanted to live overseas tho which, is completely different from this. Since 2015 I have been looking for the place I can call home.
I found it in Costa Rica. Small surfer town of dominical. I bought 11.5 acres of land below my lot of 1.5 acres. I have the same model as you but the layout is way different. Putting a UA-cam channel up soon to show the journey. We are starting the footing approval now and my home will be built and delivered at the end of 2022 or beginning of 2023.
That is correct built. I will be 59 and I want to quickly enjoy my view and rental projects coming next below my home.
I have learned a ton watching you do your and want to thank you for the laughs all the way through. I will let you know the channel when up because I don't know how to do any of that stuff.

Beautiful table! We have a reclaimed wood table and with kids, I'm constantly cleaning out the imperfections in the wood from spills and mashed food. Next time if possible I'd put a glass topper on it or a plexiglass topper so it's easily cleaned.

What an absolutely beautiful table! Hope you can find the legs or pedestal you need soon. And your kitchen is amazing! Kenzie, you should be overjoyed. I know I am, and at least I didn't cry as I did before. Whew! Beau is so adorable, as always. Makes my days--and I do mean "days"--when I see her. This old lady is so proud of you both.

Happy for you guys for all the progress that you’ve made. My wife and I have had a similar experience building our own home as well (traditional) so we feel your pain and joy(s). It’s so nice to see things progress. We’ll done. We’ll done indeed.

At 1:20 regarding planting the flowers in the tractor and what not. In Texas we actually do this a lot. It really kind of adds character to the property if it looks good less is more don’t turn your area into a junkyard. Lol. I can’t think of the name of the Instagram account that does it but basically they seal it off so no critters and get inside and clean off the outside and remove the harmful bit left and paint the exterior. There are some really cool art pieces out there. Personally I’ve got a few old Ford trucks with really jacked up frames that I cut and painted on the driveway on the way into my property and I get compliments all the time. But more than that it just looks really cool and is fun to do. Like literal trash to treasure.

a couple thoughts have struck me, 1 of them i've had many times before watching this amazing journey. 1) they are really lucky Spencer is a big, strong guy. Someone of my small stature couldn't lift or muscle around so many things he's had to do. It's not like there are a bunch of other people to help him, he does so much heavy lifting, dragging and such that i just couldn't do. 2) isn't it incredible how the hardware for the cabinetry really fills up and adds to the overall look of the kitchen? instead of a bare looking unfinished kitchen, it really looks "finished" and usable. This is so great to see and i've sat here so many days over this crazy covid time enjoying their adventure. So glad they've shared with us and happy for them.

It’s cool you’re admitting that. It seems like the thing most guys wouldn’t. I agree- it’s impressive and as an added bonus, Spencer is humble and doesn’t kiss his biceps.

@@samijust8689 He is a beast. I can probably lift more than him in a Gym, but i would never attempt to build a house by myself. Also, I am fortunate enough to have the money to hire a contractor that would have completed that little house in 2-3 months EZ. My 4 BR 3 and 1/2 bath 2 -story was done in 4 months and 4 times the size. I know it would be so cool to know you did it YOURSELF, but they have been suffering while working on this for nearly 5 years. NOPE.

No matter your size, you can do more than you think. I worked in a a Toyota factory. Didn’t think I could do it but I adjusted and my muscles developed. I was able to lift 90 lbs over my head. Had to I order to keep my job. I bet you would work up to doing lots of heavy things.

You're smart increasing the voltage to the MPPT controllers and for wiring strings to consider shading in the early morning. The good thing about most modern solar panels is that almost all of them have at least one bypass diode on each panel that prevents a shaded panel from drawing power from the sunny panels in the string.
