Great review. I worry about the bathtub, it looks like it isn't very high and rain could splash in. I also dislike the storage pocket on the floor. Everything else looks awesome!
Glad you like the replacement! Zpacks now has zips and peak vents as well with their 'light' versions. I prefer a 2 pole design myself with an offset head design to maximize interior space and to help it feel a lot less claustrophobic in the tent. Nice one Andy!
Will say that the extra riser rods on the DupleXL are a concern will separate over time and make it difficult to pack down. Like that I don’t have to use any extra items to set this up.
Cool tent! Nice features! I still have my duplex, but I'm thinking of going back to a tarp. I never had a problem with insects even before I started using permethrin. I love ventilation and views with entry/exit in all directions. This tent does look better that the duplex.
The mesh doors are very interesting, I think I like the design better than the recent Zpacks d-shaped doors. Looks like they provide much better access to the vestibule.

This is a very comprehensive review. I'm not quite ready to give up my Duplex. I really like the mesh doors.
This tent provides all the features I was looking for. The mesh doors are a great feature to have as I was never a fan of the rainbow 🌈 doors
Thanks for the review! I've been looking at the unbound series tents and packs for a bit now, I'm thinking of going this route.
Excellent review! I have been thinking about the 1p version of this tent. It looks pretty good!
The views!!! We need a bigger tent but this look amazing and your camp site is awesome.
Look at the big Agnes copper spur 3p tent. It’s been nice for our family
Fantastic review bud, lovely looking tent! Waterproof zipper is really great addition!
Hyperlite Mountain Gear for the win!
Great review Andy! Well done. Crow✌️
Thank you! Have really enjoyed using this tent in a variety of conditions and this is by far my favorite tent to date. Cheers!
Nice review, brother and what a beautiful location for your campsite.
This my friend was one of my favorite hikes to date. This tent is the jam!
Great review Andy. one day i'll spring for a quality $$ tent. 👍
You may know someone selling a Zpacks DupleXL!
Great review. It has some nice features.
Thank you! Have really enjoyed this tent on multiple trails in various conditions.

Look forward to seeing the new tarp set up!
It does have some cool features. One good thing it’s easy to patch. I the ridge line option. Great for a light
Have really enjoyed this tent! You were there for the first use on trail!
@@MetroOnTheMove I have to admit that a tent like that is an awful tempting buy.

Having the extra space in the vestibule is nice! This was only .5 oz more than DupleXL and provides all the features I need.
Wish I could sell my Plexamid and upgrade. Nice tent. 🦑
I’m sure there are a few people who may want to buy a tent from a celebrity…it’s the limited edition squidly tent from Zpacks.
