They should furlough all of them. Uscis is doing nothing good to approve cases. Rather than denying cases and making immigrants miserable. After spending a lot of money to file applications.
A lot of people live above their income, because they want to give the false impression that they are doing super, and because people become contaminated by association, some think that they should have what they see others with. The reality of it is, people are living on borrowed money. You see people with nice vehicles and attire, but when they go home at night, many of them cannot sleep, because they are worried about having the money at the end of each month, to pay for these things; if people will just live simple, their lives will be just as full-filling. So many people want to be the drum major who leads the parade. They should have the biggest house, they want to live in a mansion and drive a studio; they should have the most clothes, and be the most popular. In other words, they want to be the center of attention. If we concentrate on our needs, which are shelter, clothing, food, water and oxygen, many of us would not be so sick with high blood pressure, and other ailment, as we work ourselves to death, trying to accumulate material things that we will die and leave anyway. Success should not be measured in how much we have, but in how much we have helped. While wanting to stay in America, the land of opportunity, is not necessarily a bad thing, as the attorney so eloquently said, go home, and come back another time. And sometimes going home may end up to be a blessing, because there may be a great job waiting.

What does that mean if you went to an interview with an immigration officer for a citizenship but they didn't congratulate you the officer told you a written notice."? Now after two days I checked on my account I have with Uscis they said they sent me a notice since the same date I had the interviewed but I didn't receive it,they said they request from me "initials evidence "? What do you think they need from me and the meaning of initial evidence?
THANKS ATTY: GOOD WORK, I AM A U.S, CITIZEN , MY COLOMBIAN GF FOR 12 YEARS AND HER KID ARRIVED HER LAST YEAR OCTOBER 2020. WE GOT MARRIED THIS YEAR LAST FEBRUARY 24, 2021. HER VISA CANNOT BE EXTENDED BECUASE THE 45 DAYS BEFORE RENEWAL IS NOW ONLY 35 DAYS AND ITS LATE. I WILL PETITION THEM BUT WILL TAKE MAYBE 1 MONTH BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ALL THE PAPERS, STAY, SAFE,HEALTHY, AND FREE, BOBBY.

I was served NTA after my asylum interview with no court date and in 2015 since then I haven’t received my letter from court. My wife is a USC and recently I got my i130 approved, just 1 day before my i130 interview immigration phone hotline says IJ closed my case due to failure to prosecute. I figured my NTA was never filed with the immigration court in 4 years. I have no Inadmissibility I came here with f1 visa. I am free to file i485 with uscis, since my NTA never filed with court and IJ closed my case for failure to prosecute,?? please help me with this information. Please

My husband is currently going through removal proceedings. Back in April our lawyer had us fill out a petition for alien relative and told us that we could ask the judge to close out the case so that we can try and fight his case thought that I-130. Then July roles around and they tell us that we no longer are able to do this. . Im just wondering if this is correct? We live in Texas.
Can one appeal on a DV lottery visa denial,on the reason that we listed our three kids( our first born being 22 and with a kid and his girlfriend) but didn't process his documents,and didn't appear with him to the interview???

Thank you for the information you are providing Here, I entered the US on a visitors B1/B2 visa, and applied for a change of status to F1 to study in the US. My visa got denied after a year of applying, and my lawyer said that I could appeal. Please, could you speak on appealing a denied visa and chances of it being reconsidered. Thanks

Your doing a great Job sis,well done. Pls I hv an issue here with my current status. I was not out of status when I got married but I was denied according to USCIS saying my my divorce in Nigeria is not ok.
They requested for a letter from the court Registra in Nigeria and we did send it to them with a certified thru copy but in all they are still dismissing my appeal. My work permit will expire by November 11, 2020. Pls can u advice me on what to do. I called the USCIS office and I was told to call back October if I did not hear from them before then. Abid raza I'd like to share my experience if it helps. I married and sponsored my Canadian spouse in January 2014 and filed the I-130 in May. We received the biometric appointment within one month, then an interview appointment date 2 months later, which didn't go well and we received a Stokes interview request in November. We hired an attorney and prepared for the interview, which went very well and we received approval within 24 hours via text message. His conditional green card arrived shortly after. Before the marriage he was in the United States legally on a professional visa, if that helps.

Please do you have any idea 221g refusals for administrative processing in India and my husband is usa citizenships.i am in India .we had an interview 8 months ago .i don’t have any issue with document missing but they refused my case under 221g for administrative processing.i emailed the consultant for my visa application for so many times and even I asked them do I need a lawyer to make my case my stronger they always saying we continue working on ur case to expedite the visa and they says they understand my patience for waiting.i don’t get why they doing this to made me wait longer .i have so much mental problems here and I am 30yrs old. We got married in 2014 and still my case is on hold for administrative processing.i don’t know why they doing like that it’s so difficult for me and my husband for being apart.please help me for god sake coz everytime I have lots of stress and unhappiness in my mind .even my friends are shocked about my huge depression behaviour changes.please I beg you please help me 😰😭🙏🙏🙏

What did you mean by come come to the end of your stay as an f1. Visa expiration or i20 expiration?
Hi Christian, I meant the visa expiration.
McBean Immigration Law TV so are you saying that if someone comes in with an f1 visa which is usually 2 years and remains in us to finish program even after the visa expires and his i20 is valid then the person is considered to have over stayed ?

I took my mother to immigration for citizenship but they did not accept the. (N648) exemptions for English and History test.
They gave her the English and History test, but she was unsuccessful, however they said they will send instructions on what should be on the N648 by October 2018, in the meantime her green card is expire since 2015, is there any reason to be alarmed or should I get an attorney, she is 84 yrs old and being a legal residence for 13yrs.
