The IOS-XE platform while I resisted at first on the Catalyst platform, I have come to cherish and love on the ISR platform.

4300 series too have two Power supply , this one is lacking, otherwise features are excellent.
The 4400's have dual power supplies and dual quantum flow processors, the 4300's have singular power supplies and single quantum flow processors
cisco routers performance should be limited entirely by the CPU, not by a stupid license, yet another money grabbing technique. My £60 mikrotik router can do L3 routing at 1Gbps its ridiculous
