Awesome, I'm FE for a cisco partner, need to replace a pwr supply today at a bank in NJ. NJ is a virus hotspot so the pressure is on. We (my company) works on soo many different Cisco devices that it is difficult to remember each one. UCS, Telepresence, route & switch, etc. Plus I don't trust my memory in the sense I dont want to confuse which type of device Im scheduled to work on today. I do trust EST, spec sheets, install guides and other Cisco publications. I always try to review what I'm doing before I go to jobsite so I look professional and know exactly what I am doing. This is a perfect video, well done!
Thank you for this video. I could not find any info on the Cisco site regarding installing the POE capable power supply. Thankfully your video showed me everything I needed to know. Thanks again!
Hello. I have a question. In this router you can clearly sea a flash module. I have a ISR4331 where this card is missing but the router has approx. 3GB of somewhat internal flash. Where is this flash memory located?
Some techs do it this way ( not earth grounded) They state they are at the same electrical value that the device is but I have a grounding pad that I also attach (alligator clamp) to a grounded frame some where, usually the rack.

If the power LED on your Cisco 4331 router flashes amber every 8 seconds, and i don't hear the fan running, and the power cord is working. any idea?
So this router has two slots to sdram
PLease - model number PSU ... Delta ? DPSN- ?
I see you use the ESD but do not see where the router is grounded? Surface contact is only so so ?
