Design is really impressive just one thing i would like to mentioned here usually all 20x30 sqft attached wall to wall from all 3 direction accept road side. in this plan North side given window which is not useful and need to give ventilation somewhere else. same in East side Stair from ground to 1st there need to provide some ventilation and
light.. Rest Plan is perfect .. one more important point would like to mentioned here. Old India Hindu Phrase is Bhajan and Bhojan humesha private me karna chahiye :)
No, the north side has one feet set back and one more feet from the other house. 2 feet isn't big but its better to ventilate little than no ventilation.
