Nice! My 2005 Gretsch G6122-1962 came with a bar bridge and a Gretsch By Bigsby Tailpiece. Did you retrofit a standard Bigsby B6 and a Compton (?) bridge to yours?
Actually, everything is original except for the Compton bridge. I don't have the original bridge...the guy who owned this guitar before me changed to the Compton. The Bigsby and everything else is stock on this one.
Just saw tour comment on the Compton bridge! Best bridge for Gretsches, IMHO. Have them on all my Gretsches. To all those curious, cheek out: facebook.com/comptonbridges You'll love what these bridges do for your Gretsch! Not affiliated... just a huge fan and user.
Great playing! I know this clip is a few years old, but playing like that never ages :)
Trey is famous, he's on UA-cam !! Really great demo, guitar and playing. I like the compton bridges too.
Big Ron
Ours is the next one off the factory line, the very next serial number!

Great picking man. Are you combining economy, alternate and chickin picking?
.. somewhere Jerry Reed is grinning.
bonkers guitar playin', why aren't you famous?
how different from the Country gentlemen; ?
Country Classic IS Country Gentleman. Gretsch just didn't have the rights to use the name for awhile.
