Was planning on getting one for my family for our camping trip this summer. Had one of the East Oak ones in my cart on Amazon. I think I’ll be getting one of these instead. We have a 3 year old grandson and I think this is a much safer option for us. Thank you for showing us this.
These firepots are also gasifier stoves and can be used as a stove with fuel below the top holes. Alcohol burners can be put inside these firepits, and the firepit will mimic a windscreen. Just get a gas stove grade, or any stove pot stand.
I bought the East Oak back in November after your review. I still haven’t taken it out of the box. LOL. Been too cold here this winter to even think about using it
This looks like a nice table top fire pit, but after looking around on their website, nowhere do they claim this or any of their grills are made in the US. I would think that they would heavily promote any of their products being made in the US if they were. Anyway, I just wanted to throw this out there, and you can feel free to correct me if they told you otherwise.

From a public release "By building its grills in China, Saffire holds down production costs, but the overall quality is comparable to similar grills.
Yes, I received some bad information unfortunately on this.
nice fire pit, is the heat decent?
I’d say it’s “warm”. It’s not going to really heat you up though.
👍👍
👍🏻👍🏻
Can you do a video of using an alcohol burner with methanol, or ethanol please?
