This video is extremely inaccurate and misleading. You have completely left out the most used and iconic LandCruiser that was ever made, that being the 70 series. Yes the 2024 facelift 70 series was mentioned but the legend was born in 1985 with the HJ75 and ever since then has been the reason LandCruisers are known to be ultra reliable and tough. Here in South Australia older 70 series are more common then the V8 post 2007 models. You also did not mention the engines that made the LandCruiser what it is, the 2H, 1HZ, and the 1HD-FTE. Many people don’t understand the LandCruiser model system. The Prado models are “Light Duty”, the 60,80,100,105,200 and 300 series are “Medium Duty” and only the 70 series is the “Heavy Duty” vehicle from the lineup.
The 250 is came from light duty lineup, so it must called Land Cruiser PRADO. "LAND CRUISER" is Different from "Land Cruiser PRADO". Real deal Land Cruiser is from Heavy Duty station wagon lineup, 70series-80series-100series-200 series and 300 series.. smaller 70 series wagon, 90 series 120, 150 and 250 is a LC PRADO not just LC coz they are different automobile and specs. The LC Prado is made to be cheaper, smaller and less capable than Land Cruiser
No. The LC Prado is made to be cheaper smaller and "more capable " than Land Cruiser. Yes Prado is light duty. but Prado has proved, crossed all hardcore offroad terrains, even Lc200 on failed terrains . You can check also in UA-cam, insta or anywhere
American narration featuring 70 percent Australian featured cars and footage. No mention of the 120 150 series that have sold MILLIONS world wide ESPECIALLY in Australia. The mining industry in Australia alone has brought hundreds of thousands of land cruisers since the 50s.
Completly skipped the 70 series (85-95's) The most reliable of all
Wouldn’t say the most reliable as they are all reliable!
I stopped watching when i saw 80series and 100series mix up
Toyota maintained the bouncy ride on Land Cruisers.

the lc250 is called "prado" in other countries but here in america and europe it is just called "land cruiser 250" because of the naming problems
Same platform transmission suspension same wheelbase different engine it’s just as big as a normal landcruiser
No.

@@jamiemagdeleyns9152 but the 4.0L v6 makes better performance, capable & light weight. Its better option
