Damn bro that's sick! Besides the insane crashes, thats some really impressive flying and I am jealous of where you get to fly, can't wait to see more epic stuff, keep posting and I wish you all the best of luck to not crashing and loosing your drone!
please post an update soon, wanna see how you progress :) I am flying a GepRC Cinelog 30 with O3, for 3 weeks I was thinking I was recording all on lift off, now I go to download the footage, surprise surprise, I never setup auto-record on lift off :D
1:53 looks like my worst nightmare. The drone seemed to be spinning uncontrollably for a while, then a third person taking it with bare hands :O. Imaging it goes spinning full throttle again.
Yea at first i didn't know i was in control still and after that i guess did everything to make sure that i don't press the panic or return to home button 😁
So I am assuming the Cinelog was mostly crashes, but the DJI would lose signal and just fall lol, or both, but I need to do a compilations of all my crashes haha.
holy shit those late disarms hurt my soul pls disarm earlier if you hit the ground anyway you might aswell do it disarmed and safe the motors i guess we all have did this 2:45 i was like "is he going to get off the throttle at some point? ... nope" xD was there did that too have fun learning its a great hobby and its gets even more fun when you get better you can see your progress even in this video its amazing from flying straight all the way to the crash to some pretty smooth turns and you arent turning left all the time which is typical beginner thing to do also soddering isnt that hard :P
Yeah i don't know how to disarm DJI Fpv quickly or whether that's even possible. Quick google search said it isn't but have to research a bit more.. Still have a bit of work to do on my power loops 😀
You can, if your are in manual mode at least. You can double click the "Start I Stop" button. Doesn't work in Normal/Sport tho. (DON'T WHILE IN MID AIR FOR OBVIOUS REASONS) There also is the "Pause" button. It functions as a panic button quite well because it instantly tries to stop on spot and goes back to Normal/(Sport) mode and hovers around. My crashes on N/S mode always made the motors stop OR I hit a tree, props got fecked up badly but it stayed in air and i went in panic mode and flew back in N/S. Take care and have a good one!:) Funfact: I ordered 2 front landing legs with LEDs because of a crash today lmao. @@NemoFPV
The gravity/the weight of the quad is definitely stronger than in sims. I remember my first flight vividly which lasted a good 30 secs before skimming and tumbling it on the grass 😂
Same for me. Im just like 1 or 2 hours playin on sims before flying my 5inch. And it's very different. Somehow, i think playing on real is much easier. And now i know the reason. Gravity and weight, i feel more control. In sims its like flying a paper plane, feels unreal.
From what i've read it would be better to use crossfire or elrs with o3 but i'm using dji as for now.. I'm certainly not an expert on on the matter. I just fly and see what happens.. also for me the signal losses have happened only with DJI Fpv so far.
On the first one i was too far away and blocked. Second one i don't know, just instantly lost the feed not even far away and apparently was too panicked to hit RTH or change to normal mode. :D That has never happened since.
@@NemoFPV thanks man, always interested to hear other people’s experience because I recently lost connection even though I was in LOS and my drone got washed by the ocean 🌊
I'm so confused where that greenery came from at 2:49, looked like you cleared it by a lot! Which ones are are cinelog35? Great video bro! Stunning locations.
Thanks! It was the same greenery i passed but yeah looks a bit weird. 😀 That was the most brutal one as i broke the antenna, battery and prop guards... Last two are cinelog.
Damn how many times did you have to claim that DJI FPV? I don't fly mine anymore because I also had a bad GPS rescue experience and am now sticking to my Chimera 7 Pro V2 and my CineLog 35 V2 for good footage as well as my smaller freestyle stuff for fun. Those were some sick gaps with the CineLog, I'm jealous of the areas you get to fly. My area is all evergreens and tall grass so no fun natural gaps...
Had to do quite a few long sketchy walks on frozen lakes to claim my DJI 😀 I also don't fly it that much anymore since i got the MOZ7. I guess the jealousy goes both ways since there are no mountains in my area. Have to drive north/norway to get some. Looks like you might be in BC?
@@NemoFPV Good eye, it is BC. Unfortunately most of our good mountains for LR surfing and diving are in provincial or national parks, and getting caught flying in either would net me a hefty $10,000 fine so it's not worth the risk. I just did some playing around in a pretty sweet canyon with the Chimera before I left on a trip, video of that coming eventually once I get back home (travelling out in QC rn where it's also flat AF). Unfortunately I left my GoPro at home in an absolute rookie mistake so it's just O3 footage :( Takeoff and landing from the side of a very steep slope leading to a sheer 200ft drop was pretty sketchy, but at least it was fun flying even if the O3's messy gyro data did mess up Gyroflow a bit...
@@hell-bentfpv Wow that sure is a risk not worth taking... Here you can fly in national parks as long as you don't disturb people or wildlife. My classic mistake is forgetting the memory card.. Sounds like a fun place to fly though! I might also have to make a trip somewhere soon.
I guess that DJI FPV passed already the quality crash test, i'm amazed! Keep flying, nice footage!!

best part, get your woman to pick up the drone for you :D nice place to fly!
crashes are parts of FPV flying 🙂beautiful video
Spectacular videos! Even with the crashes.
Haha! Person at 1:10 is like "what is going on over there??? is this person messing with me?"
I'm impressed how your DJI FPV survived the carnage! 😁
Have fun learning! It's a great journey. 👍
Ninja branches are the worst, specially on the fall where they don't even have leaves. Cool places thou!!!

happened to me, I was about to turtle mode then I saw hands taking the quad
You were giving it a nudge! good to see

The last one 😂😂😂😂
I like mine. well thought out. I may not look as hip as you but I'am "Steeled" refashioned out!
Im curious, when video feed went black. Are you trying to get control? Because drone keep falling and flying.
Yea at first i didn't know i was in control still and after that i guess did everything to make sure that i don't press the panic or return to home button 😁
3:10 really beautiful place...where is it? In America?
Finland
I'll keep an eye on you since I have same drone and just month ago started flying :)
Second vid. If signal lost? Better To disarmed then Armed switch as fast as u can? Advice 😢 Thank you

The more I crash, the better I get 👍 you must be awesome 😁
That was some great flying in between, impressive.

Yeah i also broke the rear screen of my gopro on the first flight.. definitely wasn't quite like in the sims 😀

Where are you at ? looks like NW Ontario Canada . I’m flying a Roto Riot Skyliner and a GEPRC V2 35
Finland :) just ordered the MOZ7, hopefully won't chop my head off with that...
That is a beautiful spot
Would o3 In elrs would have Loss signal In a within proximity or be likely less To have Loss signal?

funny and very nice place !!!!
Love this video, the last one is funny hahaha. Amazing landscapes man… what is the main reason you loose connection? Do you know?

😂😂 this is exactly me, but last time it happened to me above a sea 😢
Hi I'm starting out as an fpv UA-camrs and wondering how you gained so much traction so quickly
I have absolutely no idea. Also don't know if it's that much 😀

he didnt get off the gas there and accelerated towards the ground
for powerloops you need to get off the gas after getting momentum backwards
Fucking amazing!!! 🔥🔥🔥 thanks for sharing, keep it up!

Did you ever find the cause for it dropping out of the sky? ua-cam.com/video/0_MPIxAM0S0/v-deo.html
