Super Toxic Chimera Deck That Makes Your Opponent Discard Their Entire Hand! [Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel]

This deck is as toxic as it gets. Worst case scenario for your opponent means simply just passing the turn back to you, unable to do ANYTHING.
The way this works is that you activate either Present Card, Disturbance Strategy or Trap Trick & then chain 2 Chimera the King of Phantom Beasts in your opponents standby phase to
special summon Protector of the Sanctuary, resulting in your opponent either discarding their entire hand OR shuffling back their entire hand to the deck, unable to draw anything.

You are absolutely correct! But I believe I'm too small to have any impact on Konami/Master Duel xD so unless this spreads like crazy for some reason, there probably won't be any banned cards.

This deck is devious when going first 😂 Managed to get three instant surrenders after pulling off the trap combo.
Great idea man hopefully it doesn’t get stopped anytime soon as even snake eyes couldn’t do anything to stop it

Tech is cool. Id imagine the trap isnt usually a brick becayse the chimera line is simple to get to. I would of left swordknight and chimera fusion/poly on the field in the second game tho.

Thank you! Yeah this whole chimera + discard combo is a 2 card combo. Chimera is usually a 1 card combo & you just need any one of these traps. Even if you don't have the traps, you still have your Chimera things you can do (monster negate, target negate, rip a card from your opponents hand & summoning swordknight again to tribute it for more gas on the follow up turn).

How competitive would you say this version is? I play Branded Chimera and it does pretty well.

Reaching diamond should definitely be accomplishable. Quite competitive I'd say. I also have a pure Chimera Deck which I like to play and that is really competitive as well. This is almost the same package, except with that guaranteed wincon, which happens quite frequently honestly.

There is nothing to "fix". That is just how the cards work. You HAVE to do it in standby phase and NOT in draw phase VERY IMPORTANT. Also you need to have your toggle on to be able to activate it in standby. If you don't have your toggle on, it skips straight to your opponents main phase. The level 4 fiend card prevents your opponent to draw cards OUTSIDE of draw phase, which means if you activate the trap in draw phase, they can still draw.

@@HeyIamPaddy I did exactly what the clip did and it dosent work mabey cause it was in Main Phase or standby. Other then that it dosent work on draw the Game dont let me activate in draw Phase

You are not supposed to activate it in draw phase. You need to activate it in standby phase. In order to be able to activate it in standby phase you need your "Toggle" in the bottom right corner of your screen to be "On". If it is on "Auto" it will not let you activate the combo in standby phase.
