My current coin toss winrate won't let me play this deck 💀
Idk man I've been doing good going second too I mean look at all those hand traps.
I relate to this so hard… every time I see a deck pop off and try it out myself I just lost coin toss to negate boards or full stun setups. Even if I get to go first I get mostly hand traps and one engine card that gets hand trapped by the opponent

I changed my mind on the horus engine after some test.
The presence of the 2 Horus monsters on field is difficult to deal.
Even if you go for just the monsters and hand traps you can recicle hand traps with Hapi, and if the opponent deal with Hapi Imsety will remove a card from field.
Just made a play test where I used veiller, recovered veiller and used it again.
Horus and S:P have been a game changer with my zombie lightsworn list. I have so much recursion now!
I miss when MDC used to say Granguinol with his pinky out

Definitely play gamma it protects imsety and cricket from ash, maxx c in general, and is a great handtrap against snake eye and other decks in general, also prosp and lonefire are kinda bad since prosp turns off imsety draw and lonefire isn't a naturia by name so you can't summon it with blessing if you have used up your normal summon or you normalled it and it got popped. Cut those and maybe a nib and you're looking pretty good. I have objections with some of the flex spots in the extra but the basics are all there so I don't think I need to go into too much detail, cheers ✌️

id also like to see that. i know she resets soft once per turns, but is that actually a play or is she just used as a better unicorn? there are a couple of decks that use her, im sure theres enough for a video

Have you tried adding naturia vein, stinkbug and horneedle? Seen a lot of people run this recently
those cards just result in more awkward hands. I like stinkbug except when I draw it. At first I was running it.

Yeah I actually tested it and it does work really well. The problem is its very bad at going second bc you replace all your handtraps with a runick package basically.

I lost to a naturia horus deck yesterday. Of course I lost the coin flip and I of course I hadn't seen this video at that time.
The mad lad started with NB and I was like meh. But then when started summoning SHS, crimson, arch fiend and Salazar I just sat there and smiled..out of respect
It was refreshing to see a deck that could have so many BBs..
Not sure how it would perform going second though..

Look like my naturia therion deck but it is much more consistent than mine and it makes xyz 8 much easier ,therion's only advantage is Regulus and field spell
but when you have time do another rescue-Ace build 🤴🏾

yea but you miss out on all the handtraps, I was testing with runick first actually its really fun but going second is really bad

That extra deck is expensive....i'm low on resources and didn't get very lucky with my pulls, this might be a deck that i gradually save up for
I show some alternatives for the extra at the end
To make it easy for you, blazar, baronne, charge warrior, prime photon and neo prime photon can all be replace for some staple link monsters or lower rarity rank 8s

Runick is fun, it gets so much hate in Master Duel just because they cry about everything except the tier 0 decks running smdh

@@mrharvy100 No downside😂😂 aint no way you said that. Runick is damn near almost unplayable the way they limited the main cards of the deck. 1 Field Spell, 1 Destruction, 2 Flashing Fire like wtf if you can pop 1 backrow with your deck I doubt it's runick that is the problem
People crying about runick when sp little knight nowadays can shutdown their entire gameplan by banishing the field spell xD.
Combo players get more tools yet complain about the old tools that their hated deck is obliged to use.

This is so bad people complained about Maxx c until it was banned now we have generic hand traps for anything such cancer whomever thought ash nibiru evenly matched etc was fair was on crack

This deck is just a hand trap deck, you even said yourself, you don’t want to open more than 1 Naturia card and Horus is only included to put up a free rank 8 negate. You’re winning by your opponent scooping because they can’t play the game with an abundance of hand traps plus a negate on the field. I don’t think this is healthy for the game, there’s no interaction, just stop your opponent from playing. I would like to see Yugioh move away from generic hand traps and move more to being able to skillfully break boards with in archetype combos. I don’t see how 4-5 negates activating from the hand is healthy for the game.
I cant beat snake eyes without the handtraps most of the time. Saying "its just a handtrap deck" is pretty reductive. The deck still has its own play style and gameplan.
@@masterduelcentral I agree, hand traps is how you best snake eye and I don’t blame you for doing it, it’s just an observation on the state of the game. The only thing Naturia and Horus are doing in the deck is putting up an extra negate each to then hopefully swing on an empty field next turn. Which is the point of my comment, it’s not really a playstyle in itself, it’s just stopping your opponent from playing.
@WhatIsGoinOnPeople yeah but youre wrong though. The deck is even better at going first without the hand traps you have more room for extra playmakers or even a runick package and stuff so really the handtraps are just sacrificing turn 1 power for the ability to go second.
@@masterduelcentral right. I think you’re missing the point of what I’m saying. Take the hand traps out and you have an actual deck with a real strategy and lines of play. Running 15+ hand traps defeats the entire point of deck building and intended gameplay IMO. It’s not a jab at you, just an observation.
@@WhatIsGoinOnPeople Yeah but I dont really agree. It's similar to saying blind second spright doesnt have a real playstyle because you run like 15 board breakers. Or that goat format decks don't have a real playstyle because they all have the same 15 blowout staples. I can empathize with the sentiment that handtraps might be too decisive in today's meta game but I can't agree that it somehow erases a deck's own playstyle/identity.
