Why is this so low in everyone's list this is actually good. It is catchy and i like the way there are bringing it, he definitely isn't afraid of the camera. This made me smile, good job Slovenia
I also don't understand why lot's of people don't seem to like it. Okay it's not a winner for me, but i definitely like it a lot!

honestly compared to what we usually send to eurovision, this is a breath of fresh air. like it or don’t, they have talent, they are young and they made me smile! so as a slovenian i am happy with our selection!!!!

I’ve been quite impressed for the most part of what Slovenia has sent to Eurovision over the past few years. Very eclectic, but enjoyable. Especially ZalaGasper which I absolutely love!

I feel like this will be the Black Mamba of this year’s Eurovision, coming from behind to be a huge favourite with the juries and grannies and storming it in the final.
Remember that this song is not representing a country (like Sweden/Italy/Greece/ you name it) that gets attention with every song, no matter the genre. It's Slovenia (highly underrated country on the ESC) - that means that it needs something that stands out in every aspect (like July Jones e.g.) in order to even reach the final.
I highly doubt it. Black mamba was way more interesting and catchy for a regular viewer.

Zijn stem past heel erg goed bij het genre, vind ik. Ik denk dat bijna niemand zou kunnen zeggen dat dit geen gemoderniseerde versie is van een jaren 70 nummer. Deze zit sowieso in mijn top 5.
En de kleine signalen van waar het nummer over gaat zonder de lyrics te weten(ik heb de vertaalde lyrics wel gelezen)
ik heb zo'n idee dat dit nummer wel gaat kwalificeren omdat het zo uniek is(net zoals IJsland 2019)

Actually one of my favourites, I love the jazzy vibes, I can also hear a bit of Balkan vibes at the beginning and Latin/Brazil vibes in the vocals later on. I also love the crazy modulations, the tempo changes, the smooth presentation... and what a great bass line! ❤

Odlični skladba, aranžma in petje. Muzka gre takoj "v uho". Mladi glasbeniki so simpatični, pristni, preprosti in originalni. Prepričajo brez bleščic in ostalih okraskov ter "modnih trendov" . Jih sploh ne potrebujejo. Bravo dekle in fantje in hvala, ker glasba ostaja glasba. Vse okoli vašega nastopa naj ostane enako, na Evroviziji se samo sprostite in uživajte.

Love this funky vibe and jazzy bass around ... I little worry this will be not musically understood by a classic ESC cheap pop audience but last year's televote showed me, ices are slowly moving from trash pop to different styles. Really hope this group will surprise us.

There is literally nothing I could change about this song and performance. Groovy bassline, brass/wind section, Slovenian language, everything is there that you want in a song of this genre.
Staging and costumes went the opposite way of entries like Denmark last year but this tone of song works nicely with a more understated, classier presentation. For the big stage at the Contest they could try having a hanging glitterball which is more sparkly than LED-y, and keep the greyish background
