Can u make a video on how to qualify for multiple loans? For example, does the bank look at Future income for the investment property? Or do they look at it like you have to be able to make the payment withOUT the rental income coming in? Thanks
Sure! Although a quick answer is a bank will not consider future income for an investment property. It more comes down to your debt to income ratio. The income part is most likely going to come from your 9-5 unless you do real estate investing full-time or are self employed.
@@ajhustles gotcha. So those people who have 50+ or even 100+ units-- the banks are most likely considering them full time investors and/or self employed? Just blows my mind how people qualify for multiple loans lol
