Hi, Judy, Thanks for commenting! I'm working on some new crockpot recipes. My viewers seem to really enjoy using them. I have a new pot, too, that heats electrically with a bigger surface, so I'm really excited to try new recipes in it! I look forward to sharing more. Thanks again! ❤😊
I Love beef ribs! Your seasoning is brilliant! That slow cooker insert that browns the meat on the stovetop looks handy! What brand/model is it? I have to admit, sometimes with ribs, I don’t feel like wrestling with removing the back membrane, so I use a sharp knife and score it in criss crossing angles, and season over it. Thanks for sharing! 🤗🤗🤗
Thank you for your comment! I know it can be a bit of a struggle to remove the membrane, but it's oh so worth it when it's time to eat! By getting it started with a knife against the bone, you can grab it with a paper towel. Once you start, it should lift right off! Give it a shot next time. 😅 And the seasoning works SO well... It's magical. As for my crockpot, yes! I've loved that I could sear in it, then drop it into the base. It was WAY ahead of its time. I've had that pot for about 15 years and I'm afraid I may have eaten all the teflon that's missing. YIKES! SO, it's time for an upgrade. I just got this beauty - ceramic/diamond coating. I can sear directly in it, thanks to the electric base. I got the cream white, which I think will look great on camera against my black granite. Check it out. I can't wait to make these ribs again, only in this big skillet/pot! amzn.to/3Zx5N54
Hi, Karen, Thank you for commenting. I hope you'll try these ribs. They are better than short ribs and so impressive - if you have company for dinner or just eat them all yourself, like I did! Haha (It took me 3 days, and they're so good, I was SAD when they were gone. I am planning on another trip to Costco to buy them again. I Hope they aren't just a featured holiday item.) Let me know if you try them. I will make them again soon in my new pot: amzn.to/3Zx5N54 I'm retiring my crockpot. The new one is all electric and has more room. It's bittersweet - I've loved that crockpot and made countless wonderful dishes in it!

Oh wow! O.k, now I really have to get some ribs! I love all your crock pot recipes!
