I don’t think as a rookie he’s gonna be that high in points tho maybe in 3 years it’ll be that. He’s not as good as some of the stars in the nhl yet but he will get there
@@KaleFGB The reason i think bedard will be good immediately is from hearing what crosby said about training with him in offseason. Last time i heard crosby speak like that about a prospect was matthews and i mean he hit the nail on the head there. Plus bedard is putting up numbers that are better than mcdavids in junior and iihf. We'll see tho.
@@doodlebob2023 Bedard is putting up better numbers than McDavid playing in a far weaker league. The O is on another level on average that any other junior league. Also Matthews wasn't close to points his rookie year.
@@KaleFGB Mcdavid was in the O about 8 years ago. Since then the WHL has caught up. Very similar leagues. All this is is speculation though man, i really do think bedard will be the real deal from his first season production wise and possibly win the stanley cup his first year.
wait till he gets in the NHL…. he’ll end up like Jack from the devils (his first year) .. difficult time due to his size till maybe 3rd/4th season he’ll MAYBE be a beast .. please don’t get mad at my comment lol
Hughes is a good comparison. They’re about the same size and play a similar game. Something tells me Bedard will have better stats early in his career.
He out weighs Hughes an is better than he was at 17, I would expect a bit more. Maybe around Pettersson, a bit under a ppg. But I also wouldn't be surprised if he was over depending on team
Where is he when the game ACTUALLY gets too difficult, Bedard disappears entirely??? Lets show those highlights please! 0 points in the gold medal World Junior game, and 0 points in the top CHL prospects game and a minus 2!! Red flags left and right. Another Alexendre Daigle in the making who also scored 247 points in 119 games in the Q. So what!!!
Bedard is already the same weight as some "small" NHL players. Mcdavid, Kane, Hughes, Makar. yet they still put up numbers, I dont see him getting pushed around once he adapts to the league.
@@janzkee we'll see ,hopefully he keeps his head up when he hits the blue line & he can pray there's no upcoming young Scott Stevens 2.0 like out-there in his era with a shoulder set made of steel looking to put him down & out shortening his career. We'll just have to see! Fun fun fun
@@djs-9942 yea this isn’t 2005, if you think players are running around taking the heads off Generational Talent you are nuts, Crosby entering the League at 18 was the physical comparison of a pre-schooler compared to Bedard. Almost every one of these goals is exceptional in some way (or many) and he makes it look effortless... amazing
Lol should do his 72 assists as well. Such a incredible season!
We got him! Hawks fans are HYPED~
Most annoying goal horn
Fax
😂
Yeah but they have the Regina song so whatevs.
He makes it looks so easy, not that many spectacular goals, he just put the puck in the net effectively. Like Gretzky did
That might be the worst goal horn ever
Man i wish he was going to the bruins! Im glad the nhl is gonna have some new 🔥
I think for the next like 3 years in the nhl in points it will be 1. mcdavid 2. bedard

the last rookie to be Top 5 in points was named Alexander Ovechkin.....

Bedard to the Chicago Blackhawks
88 to 98. that's 71 for the dagger.
This kid could have easily played in the NHL at 16! Crazy talented
Let’s not get too crazy. He’d get absolutely leveled lmao
THANK YOUU!
It's alot tougher in the NHL but Bedard will find his groove and start putting the puck in the empty spots he's known for.

He’s gonna put up 100 points his rookie season with 50 goals
That’s bold.
@@CozyToad Petey came in at 20, and Hughes came in at 18 there is a big difference there. Hughes was putting up a 94 point pace at 20

That goal horn so bad

Where’s the checking in hockey anymore? It will be there in the NHL.
They may have the worst goal horn I've ever heard.
Bedard is way better the great one him self

He set up so many chances in the gold medal game and hit like 2 posts. You can’t be on the scoresheet every game
you cant be serious.. kid has a better wrister than ovy no kidding
LOL I bet you’re one of those idiots who complains about McDavid being overrated too.
Nice! Thanks for recycling our ancestors investments.
I believe he'll b a 30-35 goals /per season at NHL level & he'll get hit ALOT thus shortening his abilities & career prematurely.
when he hits his prime he'll score at a similar pace than mcdavid fr
