Dustin Carter has built one bad machine. Dustin has only a few races under his belt in his new buggy and it seems to be working awesome. This thing is powered by a monster small block Ford and it pounds the ground when he takes off. We got to do a quick walk around and watch it in action at the National Rock Race at Pretty Place Off-road Park in TN.
