- A selection of competitors tackling the infamous Simms Hill, Devon. A very difficult section which comes towards the end of the trial with competitors having ridden or driven through the small hours through the harsh winter weather. A big shout out to the fantastic Marshalls and officials from the Motorcycle Club, we salute you!
By far the friendliest motorsport event I’ve been to with a warm and good humoured spectator community and supportive local residents. - Розваги
Loved it. What a good crowd , and the marshals must have special insurance policies.... thanks for this. All the best Keith
Thanks for posting this - we were car 189, our first ever event, sadly didn’t make it to the top of Simms but cleared all the other hills. Huge thanks to the marshals and all at MCC for putting on a great event. And of course thank you to all the spectators who braved the cold to watch - at least we had a heater in the car. 🥶
You’re welcome! We’ve been coming for years and absolutely love it. You are all a bit mad but keep up the good work and there’s always next time for Simms!
Greetings,
As always another brilliant detailed video production 🇺🇸🍾🎉🇺🇸
Keep producing more videos.
Brilliant video! Haven’t watched these hillclimbs for years 👍
Nothing like seeing it for real, get yourself down there for next year!
@@relentlessduckproductions8779 might have to do that. Out of curiosity, is any 2WD open diff car allowed (with the correct tyres)?
As I said, haven’t watched it since it was on TV in the 80’s 😂
The regs are quite detailed on tyre choices, open diffs, etc. Take a look at the Motorcycling Club website for the full details it makes for fascinating reading
@@relentlessduckproductions8779 thanks 👍
Sterling effort from the 2 door Avenger....!
That will be Mr Keat and his legendary Hillman Avenger, that thing is witchcraft! 👍
Yes, one careful owner from new, never raced or rallied….
Funny moments... I like that 😂😂😂
19:25 fingers!!🫣
Scary!!
Nice job to editing for making a yt vid that’s hard to do a 10 sec skip ahead like most of off-roading competitions
Is it open diffs only, or can it be some % locking on the axle?
Open diffs. Take a look at the regs on The Motor Cycling Club, makes for interesting reading!
ビートルは優秀だね。
