You are the bomb! I am always looking for a new choker and this one is unique and gorgeous! I love where you added the beads, really adds that special touch! Thank you for sharing and for being such a wonderful teacher!
Wow beads Stringer girl you should’ve came with this video last night I had to string 20 beads on a thread I didn’t finish I got fed up after 10 because it was taking me too long to see the little teeny eyeballs wow I am going to hunt this machine down today thanks girl you’re the best.
Thank you for the cute pattern. Your instructions and method of teaching are great. I must crochet tightly as I had to add many stitches to make the choker long enough for my neck!
Thank you so much for this amazing video. I have made 2 so far. I have been using the Aunt lydias Fashion 3 thread, but found that they stretch while wearing. I will make another with Aunt lydias classic 10 thread next time. Hope it keeps its shape better. However, they are beautiful and have received many compliments on them.
This is beautiful!!! I’m so thankful I found it!!! I love how it has a good width to it!!! I think it should lay nicely on my neck!!! Maybe nice Christmas gift ideas!!! I like the tie back idea so much better then the clasp!!!!
Its very Lovely... I have always wanted to make my own choker... Thank you I'll add to my Long List of things I want to make for myself when I get the time...
You sound so much like me, lol. I have so many projects I want to start....but the list is too long. I need to learn how to crochet faster, lol. Thanks for stopping by
@@LittlejohnsYarn Aww you are so sweet... I'm hopping I get to start my list for myself in July because I'm working on Christmas Blankets this year for my family and friends... Its easy flowing you... Thank you for making it look easy...
Hi Alysha my sons girlfriend would love one of these , I do find thread fiddly to work with but think it would be worth it for this project , glad to see you are going to make it on Christa's next list you so deserve to be on there 😊Amanda xx
Hey Amanda! I'm always giving crochet away, lol. I typically don't use crochet thread....but for some reason I have a ton of it in my stash. I made it on the list? Yay! I didn't know
thank you so much! i needed something like this for a costume i'm making for halloween (i'm the ghost of an actress that lived in 1840 and died in a fire while was in a theater, yes it is very specific) and this looked just perfect
Hi Alysha, love this choker and you showing how to add beads to it. However, I just finished mine and still have one of the 7 beads left. I noticed once yours was completed you only used 6 beads as well. Did you discard that one(like cut the yarn and just pull it off) or did I make a mistake? Love your work... thanks for your time and effort. 🥰
Me too!!! Pulled it all out to begin again as the center bead was off and I only had 6.....Glad I'm not the only one that had issues. Will be using 6 same now instead of a different one in the center.
Your choker is beautiful! I've tried Artiste crochet cotton#8 and a knit crochet sheen # 10, I want to order some Aunt Lydias size #3 and want to try some beads, I found some with 2mm holes and going crazy trying to find the right latch hook, I found some serge hooks, do you think this will work together ok?
Hi Darlene, your are right! it should be multiple of 8 + 3 for crochet Thread & multiples of 8+1 for worsted weight yarn. The item doesn't go all the way around the neck. There is a 2-3 inch gap. This is for adding clasp or ties. thank you for pointing out the mistake💗
Late reply, but maybe it's also helpful for others: I think the 50th stitch is the extra one you make each time before you turn your work at the end of a row and that you don't stitch into afterwards, so you only work with 49 stitches. Remember how she skips one stitch when she starts with the row after finishing the initial chain
Question since right now I can't get the pattern. At 3:20 you mention a chain three on the worsted weight pattern but you don't mention it at all when giving instructions for row one at 2:13. Where does the chain three go? I have 50 stitches in my second row not 57 and I'm super confused.
Hi Lacey, when I talk about the chain 3 that is for the crochet thread not the worsted weight. At the in of the crochet thread row you will have 57 sts (don't worry about that # u are not using it). At the end of worsted weight yarn you will have 49 stitches. Remember u chained 50 to start and single crochet in the 2nd Chain from the hook. That leaves u with 49 sts. I let me know if you need anything else 😉
I find the same problem when following any tutorials. I use the slow down feature on UA-cam itself, I keep up much easier that way. Hope this helps, happy crocheting 🧶

Hello! I was wondering if i could use this pattern to sell some of these items? With credits ofc!

I honestly don't remember. I it probably made a mistake in count & discarded the extra need by cutting the yarn. Sorry for any confusion 🥰
@@LittlejohnsYarn thanks so much for your reply hun! 😊

I thought I was doing it wrong. I'm glad I read through the comments.
this is definitely going to be my first beaded project! your latch hook gives me confidence!
Cute Thank u so much 🥰
This is my first choker and love it! Is there a simple way to make it wider? Can I add just repeat rows? Thanks

Lindos trabalhos ❤❤❤❤
Very nice.Just want to is the yarn acrylic or cotton
If you do not have beads is it the same process?!!
59 chains is not a multiple of 8 plus 1. I chained 81 for my neck. I hope it work out.

Hi! I really love your work. Can i make some and put it on sale? ☺️
Of course you can. I hope you make a lot of sales ❤️
if it's multiples of 8 +1 wouldn't it be 49 chains for worsted?

I would like you to go thru to the end of each row. TY
I've literally never seen someone with the same last name as me!
where did you get that latch hook? or what size is it?
I was wondering the same, also, the beads and the size of the hole, i cant imagine how tiny that hook must be. Beautiful pattern, thankyou so much!
I loved this!
Thank you 😊
Hermoso pero podria ser traducido para las que estan recien aprendiendo felicidades
I'm stuck on row 3. I do the pattern but end up with 7 extra stitches at the end. So I'm stuck
Güzel olmuş ❤️
Thank you so much 😘
I don't have Beads can I do the choker necklace without it?
I didnt either, i just chained 3 so mine just have tiny loops, still good 😊
