You missed one: Cirno's first nonspell (before Icicle Fall): Put your character's skirt over her head during the dialogue; when she starts firing none will hit.
The incoming patterns are dependant on your own position. After the purple bullet and red ball waves appear if you stay in one spot and don't move the upcoming waves won't hit you.
The Border of Wave and Particle one works on Normal also. I used it during my 1cc. Not sure about Easy and Hard since I never had the chance to test it on Hard and there's no point to me trying it on Easy now.
Flandre Forbidden Barrage for me is quite fun and easy Spell card. The bullets are quite slow and you can easily dodge them thanks to little to no movement at all.
@ButtaNToast as far as I remember some of that stuff only works on certain difficulties. I thought it was pretty obvious but I guess it wasn't. The first one only works on easy. The next 2 require higher difficulty than normal if I remember correct. Been too long since I've played these games.
Some spellcards are very different on different difficulties though. Keine's three treasure series look nothing like on each difficulty (and honestly the Lunatic version is a LOT easier than the Hard version. ZUN even says so in his comment the spellcards).

Don't stay right next to her, if you're looking for survival instead of points. Stay at the very top of the screen, but still above her. However, sometimes she will fly up to the top of the screen (or close enough that you still die). But as for the third one, it's not worked for me yet...
on 5:15 you can stay above the blue bullets but in the red bullets if you get right in the middle of the red bullets you can graze like mad. But its very difficult to do.
I have a question about Izuna Gongen and BoLaD. I still don't understand what does it exactly mean to redirect the purple bullets and red bubbles, can anyone explain? During the run, I normally try to stay below Ran/Yukari (either at right or left side of the screen where they can't move farther) and find the so-called safespot, but I tend to get hit by the blue/yellow balls at the end :(

when her dialogue you have to stay above her first, and when battle starts the red circle should have enlarge atleast once and then you should go down from above there, and then her spellcard will aim above because on nonspell she configures your current position before her spellcard

i don't think anyone truly knows how it works or how to get it, they just move in a specific way and pray
I like to do Forgiving Shrine the *normal* way. The Death Fairy on IN Extra is also pretty easy... And I can't get past stage 4 on UFO.
i still have problems with apolo13, but i might just be bad at placing the center...
