Wow. I missed seeing prawns that large! Ever since I moved back to the US from the Philippines, I still have yet to find "prawns" half the size of what you're using here! Anyway, great recipe (I love how you incorporated asparagus in this), and can't wait to try it out for my channel and blog!

I would use capers instead of cucumber in the tatare sauce but apart from that it looks very nice!
