- COVENTRY Driving Test Routes @drivingtestwizard2569 There are 15 Coventry driving test routes, you will need to learn all of the Coventry test routes before you book your official DVSA practical driving test, particularly in light of the recent driving test changes, this is driving test route no.2.

As you can see practical driving test route 2 takes in the A444 which is in all of the Coventry test routes, this is unlikely to change. It is therefore a good idea to ask your Driving Instructor or whoever is helping you with your driving lessons to take along the A444 so you can become accustomed to the speeds on this duel carriageway.
Also you may notice some road signs are covered by vegetation and some of the road markings are, in my opinion quite late, almost too close to the junctions to allow you to plan ahead satisfactorily, this is a feature of the roads this area, it is to your advantage to get to know all of the driving test routes before you apply for and book your driving test.
My advice is to watch the videos more than once; too get a really good idea of the roads you will be asked to drive along and where any pitfalls may occur. You will notice many of the Coventry driving test routes overlap with each other meaning some of the roads and junctions are included in multiple driving test routes.
These videos are the most recently published practical driving test routes from the DVSA. All driving test routes are subject to change periodically, however, they rarely change completely it is more likely they will slightly alter. Also if there happens to be a road block ahead; due to road works or an accident for example; your driving test examiner may alter the test route in order to save time or in the interest of fairness for this reason the video should be seen purely as a guide. This means you are not guaranteed to stick strictly to the route in the video.

Just want to inform about my route I didn't find that bit in your test route series
From A444 right to foleshill road then carry on that road, after couple of junctions turned right to station street,follow that road then turned right to lockhurst lane..turn left from roundabout..just this bit was new

Your videos are extremely helpful👍🏽 i failed my driving test this morning, i had to go straight ahead at the traffic lights on to school lane it was 8:20am the road was extremely busy and the examiner said "pull up on the left when it's safe to do so i was surprised i have never pull up on the left on such a busy road cars were queuing up behind me going around pass me and cars coming out the junction it's like i was never gonna get an opportunity to safely drive off so I panic and stalled ☹️ all i kept thinking is why did i have to stop there?
Yes, they get people to pull up on School Lane quite often. Although 8:20 must be it's busiest time so upu were unlucky there. The best thing to do is get straight back in, good luck.
