I absolutely loved Madison Square Garden, but this is a masterclass in every aspect: execution, control, vocals, bass, guitar, drums, saxophone, organ, stage presence, and how to truly have fun on stage. I’ve been a fan for a long time, and Joe Dart is the best! Saw them live in Portugal this year, and now… I’ve got a problem! I’m officially addicted to Vulfpeck, and there’s no going back. It’s just repeat, repeat, repeat on loop, and I never get tired!

You either really gotta be paying attention to the background, or kinda hear the bass drop a score and come back after they finish but they did so well dealing with it inside of a song!
Around 3:10 you can see him messing with the top amp box, at the end of conscious club, crew is in around that time and then the A1 I assume pulls back the bass a bit or only into one amp to try and fix which we amp is having an issue or change the wires, it’s really fast, this crew knew how to diagnose and deal with the problem inside of like 5 minutes or less

Joe's amplifier was malfunctioning; you can notice it at the beginning when he turns it up and can't hear the direct sound from his amp. The DI box, I suppose, is there to send the signal to the mixing console, and it also helps make these adjustments without affecting the direct sound. What’s impressive is how quickly they addressed the issue after Joe signaled that he couldn’t hear anything. In this case, I think it’s more about feeling the pressure his amp generates on his body, which is vital to "feel what you're playing." Truly impressive in every sense.
