  • Here's a great way to change up your cone weave drills. I also go through what I think is a great way to start building up confidence leaning your bike.

These videos are great. For some reason I can grasp the exercises easier when it's not a instructor telling you what to do.. Lol. Moto jitsu and Jerry are great. I can hear Jerry yelling turn your head , turn your head.. Lol. A great visual for learning how to turn your head , watch 2018 Motogymhata.. Before every sharp turn and before they even begin the turn they snap that head around and look where to go. It's great to see that your improving each time out and very inspiring for folks that think they can't do it... you can!!!

I as well warm up first with a "weave" then I go to other patterns (figure 8, off set weave, snow man etc..) What type of helmet do you ride or train with ??

I have a few helmets. I like to practice with half helmets. I have a Harley helmet, a Bad Ass helmet (shown in this video), and a Kirby helmet with gel padding.

@@BernardoLora1 I have a module helmet but when practicing it get heavy so I was looking to find a decent half helmet

@@patc5599 personally I feel that wearing any type of full face helmet is not necessary when practicing at slow speeds. You are absolutely right, I feel it gets in the way.
