There are some old-timers that will shout at every bass not having more voice than Cesare Siepi, every baritone not having more voice than Bastianini, just don't mind them, they are the usual old man yelling at clouds. Other people usually just don't know what they are talking about. Your voice is a good one and I can tell you in TOP italian Opera Theatres we're having lots and lots of baritones who are just not on the same level as you are...

Your pedagogical advice has helped me as well as (I imagine) countless others!! 3. You and your wife DO make a beautiful couple!! 4. You are NOT fat!!!! 5. Your sense of style, musicianship, and historical accuracy are spot on!! 6. I LOVE your videos where you listen to and comment on different singers from past generations and current generations! Keep them coming!! 7. Your singing is Magical!!! The one comment that I DO agree with, is that you are indeed a hunk!! You're wife is a very lucky woman to be married to you!!

Now after two bouts of cancer I can't sing and regret caring about other people stupid comments. Keep singing...you have a freaking beautiful voice
I think it happenes a lot more with opera singers because opera fans think they know what they're talking about but most of them clearly don't lol! They would say elvis is a bass just because he can hit notes with 'deep voice' lololololol!!!!! So funny
