Welcome to the world of UA-cam! Our only thought is that we didn't have a niche (still don't) but we are pivoting all our content to just tech and PC related items . We have 50k subs but 1k for tech, 5k for vacuums, 8k for monitors/TV's etc etc. Too fragmented

If you have a UA-cam channel learn from my mistake. I've collected 50,000 subscribers across 20 different product categories. You're better off focusing on one specific niche and collecting followers that way. So your content will continue to build off each other because your audience is invested and interested in that specific niche. My issue like I mentioned earlier is out of my 50,000 subscribers only a thousand of them are interested in any given product I'm reviewing therefore the viewership's very low.
