From individual Coins to palettised Boxes (English Version)

See in this video, how Soldati created an automation solution, that handles all 7 coins of Swiss Francs, from single coins to palletized boxes.
In this system, there are several processes included, like rolling the coins, weighing, labeling and also erecting, closing, strapping and palletizing the boxes.
Highlights:
High-speed system: Handling of each coin roll in under 1 second (!)
Fully automated: No intervention of any operator needed.
Very flexibel: Made for all 7 kind of swiss coins (5, 10, 20, 50 Rappen and 1, 2, 5 Francs).
Easy to use: Changing production (to another coin) without the need of technical experts and in under 2 hours. Some finger tips on the HMI, replacing some interchangeable parts and scale-guided settings.
