As someone who only does bodyweight exercises I could definitely use this to work on my left biceps the one on the right looks good for some reason.
Calisthenics are awesome!

Towel curls. Rap a towel around your foot and grab it with 2 hands. Pull in a bicep curl motion with legs straight. Switch legs.

Yoo this is so relatable. I'm 13 and after wasting the last 2 years of my life, (i didn't focus on anything and I gained alot of weight and lost muscle), i want to get fit again. I used to play soccer and I'm no longer as good as i want to be. I also broke my arm in August and since then i gained muscle in my other arm. I've spent the last month trying to balance that arm out with the right one, and I'm getting closer to equalizing them. I have no equipment and you are a real inspiration to me. Im right under 5'7 and 150. I've lost 10 pounds since i started watching exercise channels like hybrid calisthenics and you. Seeing your videos are always fun and inspirational.

Haha no I can’t. That’s a 2 year journey for most people.
@@bondjames-bond7664 pseudoplanche and full planche are on completely different levels mate. Anyone that can do 5 pushups and has a healthy wrist can do a PPPU, but to do a full PPU you need a **shit ton** of strength and balance. Heck, even most calisthenics influencers (like browney) cant do the full planche. Ben is an athlete in general, he doesn't focus purely on calisthenics, how do you expect him to do it.
