Thank you so much , I used this technique yesterday to determine vit A of soyabean oil and experienced an amazing result. But some cases I found the result very poor like 6-8 ppm instead of Bangladesh standard 15-30 ppm . What should I do if I get an irrelevant result? Do you have any particular suggestion?

Conduct multiple trials for unexpected results. If same result found for each cases, try in HPLC
