Didn't get ceramics until the great pottery throw down, what an eye opener to all the things you never gave a moments thought to,and that is much to Keith's infectious attachment to his art,
I now appreciate ceramics knowing the trials and tribulations that the potters go through, an emotional rollercoaster, compulsive viewing now....
I am watching all of them...i love the show.
Welcome :)
@@HokiHumby Thank you 🙂
@@HokiHumby I have just discovered who you are,and seen your beautiful ceramics, I'm flattered that you replied to my comment a couple of months ago🤝👍
@@BeasleyStreet haha! Flattered that you were flattered! 🙌🙌
You're such a decent chap Keith, I love your passion. You're a top bloke, thank you for sharing fascinating insights into your craft. Best wishes from Edinburgh 💙🏴💙
Im here cause the spanish goddes Ingrid García Jhonson loves you, perhaps I learn some of pottery and she finaly loves me too (just kidding). By the way, your work is awsome, is very sensitive is fascinating see how the clay turns a magical pottery.
This is a great introduction to you, and it helps fill in some gaps for those of us in the States who may not get to see your work much, but as pottery fans, have seen your passion on the show, and have great respect for it. Thank you for letting us see the artist, I have referenced you in the past in my classes. My students have been in awe when I show clips of you on the wheel.(as am I) Well done sir.
working with your hands and creating art or pottery is stress reducing it brings you back to the center of calmness in your mind.
I blew a disc in my back 15 yrs ago whilst making 100 lbs of clay. I miss throwing on the wheel so much!! I am now thinking of doing some hand building or tile making....it is my passion. My dad was a potter....I still have the first pinch pot I made at the age of 2.
This hit home for me because I’m also dyslexic and I took ceramics for 4 years in high school and fell in love with how I relaxing it made me. Thank you for being so transparent
Ingrid loves you! 💕
The difference between the size of your arms and hands, and the dexterity and precision of your fingers is surreal.
And i couldn't agree more with what you say in the end. I am a wild life vet and ethologist and if i do not dedicate my life to protect animals, then i don't see any reason to live.
Struggling mumma potter here. This was just what I needed to hear today. Thank you so much.
Hey man, love your vids. BTW do you know a Spanish woman named Ingrid?
What a great human being
It is fascinating watching you work - the clay comes to life responding to your touch. It seems almost elastic the way you bring it up and take it down - so cool. Your demos have re-ignited a long-cooled spark in me to throw clay. Cheers!
We need more of your videos and thoughts! (NEED)
I really enjoyed this little video. I have become a fan of your since watching The Great Pottery Throw Down. I am a textile artist, and do pottery as a hobby. When I am on the wheel, it helps me align my stars, and I am at peace.

Awesome you’re my inspiration

Quieres conocer a Ingrid mozo
You rock x
I absolutely love this. I only found pottery a few years ago and fell in love. Unfortunately I don’t have space to do it at home and don’t have the funds to do it very often but when I get chance to be on a wheel, it’s like meditation. My ambition is to one day have my own space to potter (I’m still allowed an ambition at 51 aren’t I haha). 2:21
I didn't know he had his own UA-cam!!!!!!
What are the matterials used? And can you please paste the links where I can buy them?
❤️
A goddes waits for you in Spain.
I never understood what people meant when they said they had a calling to do something. Until 6 months ago when I started learning pottery, I thought that sentiment was bullshit. I get it now. I don’t think I could live without pottery.
You remind me of my Father, he was my best friend. I miss him everyday. I also have dyslexia. It has been a blessing in so many ways. Lots of change coming with 2020. One day I would like to meet you Sir. Much Love and Respect from this Oklahoman Southern Bell.
I’m so sad the show ended I have became interested in learning pottery because of the throw down!! Is there anything else in the making??
It hasn't episode 7 ,19th Feb
Asbury Park I read there will not be another season. Is that true? Thank you !
@@your-drunk--go-home1101 as far as I can see no 4th series has been commissioned yet, that's not to say it won't, and to that at this time, it has not been axed either!!
Did you cry after making something?

Ten cuidado Keith, ahora mismo hay un controlador aéreo en España que te desea lo peor.

I would love to have a pint with you.🍺
Just watched a part of the series about them renovating their chapel, can’t watch any more, Marg is toooooo fake for my likings, wipes away non existent tears. I cannot stand her.🥊
The Bible talks about pottery.
The Bible talks about a lot of potty things.
@@rae0521 and that's you being polite😉
