- I've been utilizing the Rickrack strapless motorcycle luggage system on my Harley-Davidson for a few years now and love it! I'll never go back to the days of securing straps and using bungee cords. With the Rickrak system, I can have my motorcycle luggage bag attached or detached to my Harley in less than 10 seconds without any straps! That is super important to me when on cross-country motorcycle trips when the time is very limited. Plus, I have no worries of straps, ropes, or bungee cords coming loose and damaging my paint. Or worse yet, my bag falling off on the roadway.

How about a review of the bag itself. Interior, how the rain cover works, etc.
Hi Ryan, a word of caution for anyone installing this on a tour pack. When your bag is loaded the weight capacity is more than what is recommended. If you have the bag installed on your tour pack and you open the tour pack lid the support strap will not hold the weight and it will flip over and rip the hinges off your tour pack. I purchased my Rick and T Bag from Rickrack at Daytona bike week about four years ago it does work very well. When I travel I keep a piece of broomstick in my tour pack so that I can raise the lid and prop it up if I need anything from inside the tour pack.
Yes, we always recommend not letting the open trunk try to support the bag. Thanks for watching.

Looks like a good looking product. If I had the funds I would consider it but a spider net for $10 gets the job done for now compared to the cost of just the rack.

Ryan, I purchased my Rickrack last year and have tripped with it a few times already.. I can't say enough about it. Its perfect... and looks very cool on my Road Glide. I like the new gromit and bag lock set up... I'm going to get intouch with Shane and see if he can get those items out to me, to complete my set up.... I'm a good represenative for the bag and my buddies have all gotten the sales pitch I give with the bag..lol. Keep up the great work you and the guys are doing...The New shop looks awesome.. I'm glad I was part of the donation process with that endeavor... Shame you guys live so far west... My buds and I do a trip to upstate N.Y. to the Finger Lakes area. Great riding, beautiful country, same with W.V. and the Appalacian mountains. Looking forward to my first Sturgis trip this year. I REALLY like this for my '17 Ultra Limited. Bigger than the Harley Strap On, which is what I'm looking for as long as it's tight. I'm go'in to your shop.

Nice illustration almost at the end of how quick it will be for somebody to steal your luggage, might be better if they could add a key/lock to it.
He showed the bag lock early in the video, that locks the bag to the rack. If you don't want the rack stolen H-D has lockable options in the Q-D series.
Id love a 2up full kit but as a small town Leo with barely 1400 a month coming in it will be awhile...unless its Christmas early for me lol...but I do love and want one

2016 RG with factory fender mounted Rack. I have a Tbags Luggage that goes over the seat and sits on the rack then you strap it down. Is there a set up that works for that.?

Hi Ryan, do you know if Rickrack has plans to come out with a smaller luggage bag? I like the system for my 2-up streetglide but the 2 bags I see on your site are a little too large.
Not that we are aware of. We'll ask. You can alway buy the rack by itself and add your own bag.

Great item but I thought there was a weight limit for the tourpack rack? What happens then?
All good, just don't pack a bag of rocks. 😀You could overpack or overweight your trunk alone with really heavy items. Each rider has to know their weight limits and pack appropriately. It also depends on whether you have a passenger etc. Check your owner's manual for limits.

Is there a version that goes on a Softtail with a sissy bar and a luggage rack? I have a T-Bag that will fit in front of the sissy bar.

Do y’all carry a rack for the Chieftain as well? I know they’re similar to the street glide, but not sure if it’s a different size rack
