Thank you for your kindness. I used to tend a little girl's grave many years ago. Her mother never used to visit the grave, so I done what I could. I spelt out her name in stones and edged the grave in them too. Just stones I collected from the cemetery, but it looked better than nothing at all. My own parent's grave has some weed control fabric and then some ordinary ground stones over the top. It actually looks rather nice and I feel it is more environmentally friendly looking. Using what is there anyway, but with weed control fabric to stop weeds growing on the grave itself.
I tended one little girls grave since I was 4 and planted flowers that lasted for over 20 years there. I much more prefer stones and moss as a tombstone and think about making a little prototype cemetery of my own design.
This actually put tears in my eyes. Back in 1975 when I was only a couple of years old my mother gave birth to my twin brothers, who were born to soon. One lived for five days the other lived four days. I imagine years from now when nobody remembers them that somebody like this will come along and think of them for just a moment. Thank you for what you do.
Nice guesture cleaning up the graves of wee ones. And FYI. The symbolism of seeing a Robin. Ultimately, robin symbolism teaches us an important spiritual truth. That is, robins, a sign from Heaven, help us realize that even through a simple deed, we can all help alleviate the sufferings and misfortunes of others. Wow. Seems appropriate. Thank you for this.
Thank you so much the little guy is a robbin some people say it is a person come back? I don't know but a big thanks to you for helping anyone that may have been forgotten for some reason ❤
Thank you Martin, that was a blessing to see that someone cares for these forgotten little ones. My father was the only surviving triplet in 1932, we have visited his brother and sister many times when we visit the state he was born in. I would like to visit them again, but time will tell if we get back there again. It was wonderful seeing the care and love that you put into this "project", one can only hope that when we are gone that there will be those who have the interest in keeping the past in touch with the future as you are doing!
Very nice video. Taking care of the ones who can't help themselves. I'm not religious at all and yet I think the parents of the child are grateful you fixed up their child's grave. Too bad you can't find out the back story about the child. Telling their story one more time is like cleaning their grave.
I love this so much. Seems cathartic. Why are some graves only temporary and will be reopened for reuse in 20 years, but these cemeteries are not disturbed?
What a kind gesture, to bring new life for a soul departed from this world. I'd like to think that little robin was there to thank you. Robins appear when loved ones are near. What you did made such a difference.
I’ve always had a fascination with the macabre. I’ve thought about doing this sorta thing too. But don’t know how people would feel about a stranger racking their stone
Thank you very much for your good Job. I'm working on Graveyards too and always when i see these abandond Childgraves i feel sad. I got the same idea as yours...but till this Day I haven't done anything. Now I will take you as an exampel ! Thank you very much. Greetings from Germany
I will revisit them and restore new ones in my next video. Just go for it. I cannot imagine that someone could be angry about someone else cleaning graves that nobody cares about. Schöne Grüße aus Polen 🤓

Having respect is a very special thing. It is a respect for the life GOD saw fit to pass through this world. That is a respect for GOD and his creation.
I see so many graves untended and wish I could help out but were not legally allowed to where I live unless the family gives permission or something growing over to your own families grave. It's a shame. I also have a bizarre question regarding graves. All graves seem to face the same direction I believe its north or south. I found one grave when I was on a walk recently that wasn't In line was right against a fence and was facing east or west. I am terrible for directions sorry. What would be the reason for this?
I didn't ask anyone. I just did it and will do it again in the future. I never thought about the direction of the tombstones. In Poland one row can be facing one direction and the next one the other.
@Mental_Martin that's cool. I wish we had same rules here. I'm sure people wouldn't mind or notice if I did it but there's always that one Karen in the world! Lol. You did amazing work on these graves
This one did the perfect job, which I noticed while coming there after 10 months recently. It'll be featured in the next episode, which I'm editing as we speak.
Perhaps that little child is watching you through the curious bird’s eyes.
I thought the same. Who knows. He came at a hands reach and stuck around for a good bit.

😂😂 this bird is clever, when you uproot the leaves, bugs come out. The bird is here to peck up those bugs that scatter!
You are such a strange person, and a beautiful person. Thankyou for sharing ❤😊❤

First time watching. Thankyou for cleaning up those graves.
What chemical did you spray on the stone?
It was a moss killer.
Well that was good of you to do that ❤ and nice job too.

Why are some graves only temporary and will be reopened for reuse in 20 years, but these cemeteries are not disturbed?
The 20 years rule applies to operating cemeteries. This one is closed.

So, if a grave is reused, is the old grave marker removed? I’m just curious how anyone would know who else is sharing the grave.
Yes, it is removed.
