Today we still remember works from hundreds of years ago by Mozart, Shakespeare, etc. What games from today, if any, do you think will be remembered hundreds of years from now?
is hard to tell since games unlike most other art products need a very specific tecnology to be apreciated, and in hundreds of years this tecnologys can be long lost
From your perspective, Mr. Kamiya, what is the difference between the role of director and that of chief or supervising director? How is your role in a project like Bayonetta or Wonderful 101 different from Bayonetta 3 or Sol Cresta? Thank you for taking the time to answer English comments.
What are some of your craziest ideas you have come up with, that made Capcom, Sega, Nintendo or Platinum. That made them say "That's too crazy even for us"?
I am not a big fan of remakes I feel like you should do it on something that actually needs a remake or a reboot like DMC 2 because they didn’t get the expectations they wanted, since it was a big mess when developing it

That is a bit relative, speaking in general. Like, if its a remake of an older than a ps2 gen game... which then would take so much effort and creative thought that it would be near a new game. But yeah, in this case the demand is for remakes of ps2 games, and they are not very old. DMC1 has a sophisticated gameplay for an early ps2 game and doesnt deserve a remake, and VJ is too simple and there is nothing substantial to add to deserve a remake too.
@MaxBraver555 Capcom tried to get the original directors of RE3 and 4 for the remakes. For the recent GnG revival, they hired the original creator to direct.
Kamiya-san i've noticed in a lot of your games you feature the theme of passing the torch on to the next generation. I've played most of your games and I play bayonetta all the time, and I feel like through them i've been able to learn a lot about game history and design. This is kind of a deep question but I was wondering if there was any design philosophy that you would like to pass on to future generations of designers, or if there's anything you felt you haven't been able to communicate through the games. Thanks for everything.
I have a good question! What did you think of the Viewtiful Joe anime? I really loved it Did you watch all 51 episodes? And do you know why they didn’t release season 2 on DVD???
Mr. Kamiya, if Sega offered you to work on a Sonic the Hedgehog game, would you agree? and What will this game be,how will you design it, and what are the mechanics that you will add to the game?
I really like that my opinion of the Shin trilogy is the same as him. Shin Ultraman is definitely the most underrated of the 3. But's hard to beat Shin Godzilla for sure.
Hey Mr. Kamiya! I hope you're doing well. My question is about Devil May Cry. Did Dante have an originally planned "bat" form? The plasmas mimic dante, so I'm curious if their bat form was a carryover from an early concept of Dante using a bat form. I apologize if this had already been asked/answered.
I would love to see you work on DMC 6, DMC remake and viewtiful joe Quick question what is your opinion on games that were inspired by your game design in DMC like the original god of war?

I always wished I could work in a game with you as director! Even though you blocked me on Twitter ww.... maybe one day...!! anyway, did becoming a game developer ever squash the fun out of playing other games?
I wouldn't be against the idea of a DMC remake if it was directed by Kamiya, to be honest. Still, I'm not sure we need one. The original will always exist and that manpower could be put to better use by making something brand new instead.
Kamyia san, since your games are always so dynamic and sometimes almost like an anime, what are your thoughts about games that try to be more cinematic, like God of War, The Last of Us and even Kojima games?
