Sir what if the lights are turning on and off when landing?
what the pilot will do for landing?
The AD operator will take care of it but if such thing happens, the ATC will advice to pilot to go around to another airport.

Bhai, I just like your explanation. I have a doubt, how do pilots bring the nose wheel to the runway center line but when we land in flight simulator our nose wheel doesn't be in centerline
Bro it is just experience, let me tell you, when flying B737-800 try to maintain centerline between warning and master caution button, and while flying Cessna 172 try to maintain centerline on Artificial Horzon Indicator.

1. The system of precision approach lights in CAT I, II and III with 900 meters can
the leveling of the first threshold light and end of runway be different?

Yes bro V1 means ki plane itni speed pr phunch chuka hai ki agar engine fail ho jaye to take off ko rok skte hai, Vr means ki plane ko ab hva me utha skte hai aur V2 ka mtlb airplane ki speed itni hai ki agar ik engine fail bhi ho jaye tab bhi vo hva mein udd skta hai

Nahi nahi radar vectoring bhut km use hoti hai. Atc just clear them ki apko is RWY pr land hona hai...pilot ko jo way accha lge vo us facility se land krta hai like ILS, VOR, NDB, RNP (RNAV) and GPS.

Yes and No both, CAT 2 and 3 have ALS with various length like 320m, 420m, 720m etc.
