The optimization problems are unreal engine’s fault not Wildcard’s, they’ll get fixed when the game gets ported to the new version of unreal this summer

@@MazdaTiger ASA has a lot of additions as well, most of the bugs we had back then are fixed and the difference between the engines they were using for ASE and ASA is way bigger than the difference between 5,2 and 5,4

Nah, my pc runs it fine with a 4090 and it only cost me 4k to build.
Also runs fine on the wife's computer with ryzen 3800 and 4070ti super, would only be 2k to build. But only 850 for the 4070ti-s as I used all my old parts to build it from when I upgraded.

Each new trailer just shows how much better the old ARK is. No, definitely the graphics in ASA are much better and some QOL changes are super nice... but... lots of old critical bugs, bad optimization, inadequate price, in-game casin0, strange minigames, garbage new content, crossover with hasbro, official dlc that includes only CTRL+C CTRL+V shadowmane with applied fire effects that costs more money than some games. Should I continue? Do you really think this SURVIVAL GAME has the right development vector? Suit yourself, but I'd rather play the first ARK with The Hunted and Kanga mods. This is the primal survival game, that ARK could have become if the devs loved their game as much as they did in the beginning.
Not to mention that for most people it doesn’t actually look better because their computers/ all console players can’t actually run ASA the way it’s supposed to be, so the game just ends up looking worse than the first game, everything is extremely grainy and ugly because of the hyper detail, not really a problem on scorched but on the island holy shit it looks so much worse than the first game

@@wfisher4034 My PS5 runs it fine, the only problem is the fog. I don't know if it's a glitch or if it's intentional, but the fog is so thick that you can't see anything, even you or your dinosaur while riding it. Even when you use a torch it doesn't work to fix it.

Got the game for ps5 today because I figured after all these months they’d have fixed the visual bugs from day one. They didn’t 😊 not a single one 😊 the screen still tears 😊 there’s a square pixelated object under me whenever I jump in water 😊 it’s just wonderful 😊

What has ark come to
This game needs NPC that help tell the story through missions and cut scenes, the missions need to be like hunt down someone or creature. Return something to NPC and earn reward, it needs towns and the ability to open shops using the currency y'all just made. could have a shop area that's very small and only allows shops to be built there but is pve area in pvp servers. The game also needs the ability to dodge, climb without picks and more mini games added to the club ark. Maybe an arena that would be a mini map and people can get weapon load outs and do nothing but foot pvp inside of a small arena choosing their favorite weapon load outs.

I still don’t know how anybody supports this. It’s taking the survival aspect of ark away. It’s not survive because you are stranded and need to escape, it is survive a little and then go gambling with your friends.

Can you remothe tether distance?
You can do that in the settings. Go into advanced settings and press remove host tether or just type a bunch of 9’s into the distance scale.

We are a more active community than that of ARK Ascended, and yet they ignore us. We want a response now, at least a picture of the game's development, or to know who is making it. That's all we ask!
