We hunt for CHEAP food in Dubai's SECRET Chinatown 🇨🇳

- Dubai has it's very own Chinatown, and no I don't mean the one in Dubai Mall. Dubai has a secret Chinatown hidden a few minutes drive from Downtown Dubai, it's called International City and you will find some of the most authentic Chinese food in Dubai here. And the best part, the food is extremely cheap 🤑
In this video we take you on a tour of some of our favourite spots in International city, plus some new places recommended by you. We start off with some authentic Szechuan cuisine in Zhejiang Noodles Restaurant. This place is known for their hand pulled beef noodle soup but we also tried some classic szechuan dishes, cooked with tonnes and tonnes of chilli. This is some of the standout food I have had in International city and is a MUST TRY. Follow their google maps below.
Our second stop was Go Home Restaurant, which is one of the oldest spots in International city. Started by Ms.Liu almost a decade ago, this place has become notorious for it's home cooked Chinese recipes and affordable eats. While some Chinese restaurants will pack their food with oil and MSG, Go Home is simple home cooking. Dishes taste fresh and clean and the portions are extremely generous. Be sure to try the egg and spring onion pancake, dumplings and the cabbage and mushroom dish.
The final spot we visitied is Liu Gui Xiang Restaurant. They have a cool concept where you choose your dishes from hundreds of chopsticks with each dish printed on it, you then hand it to the staff and can watch your food being prepared in front of you. While some of the dishes are hit and miss, when you get a good one, it's extremely good! In my opinion the beef dishes are really top notch here, just ask the staff for advice best on what you want.
Please note: It is always best to check with restaurants if food is halal before ordering. I also recommend to bring cash as many restaurants don't accept card payment.

I have been to Zhejian Noodles Restaurant in Dubai International City, China Cluster A02 Building with my family various times, their food is really authentic Chinese very tasty and affordable. All our family love their food and wants to visit them more oftenly. Highly recommended for quality food, will definitely give you value for your money. 🎉

I get it that you got a lot of food there, but 177 aed is quite a lot for food. If you had paid 80, that would have been a bargain.

Sorry he said best sichuan food outside China? Oh dear. He has never been to China or anywhere else east of Dubai has he? Sorry he missed out the place in Abu Dhabi with Michelin…….
yeah definitely he never been around. in abu dhabi too, there's some restaurant called panda bao bao. it's seriously a gem.

Dubai has a Chinatown????!!! Never knew. Been here since '97!
He just generalizes International City as China Town because that area has a lot of Chinese Population.
