im soss soo gratfull for this channel, and every video that you do, from the tracks that inspired me and the ones that i greew up on. Because of you know i know the roots who sampled who, and becaus ofyou now i know who inspired the artist that inspired me. I'm listening to this when i just got layed off my job at the absulute lowet of my financial life, but watching this video made me realizee what trueelly matters, and how a "simple" sampling video can lift someones life up. tthanks a lot
Got to be free just murdered me ! But hearing how they fux with the samples to make all those classic tunes we grew up too is making me so happy tbh. I’m in my feelings right now wishing this type of production was still around.
just discovered this thanx to a friend on Facebook! This is absolutely wicked (no pun directly intended), I adore M-Beat stuff, especially Shuffle and Give A Little Love; also Dark Magnet is killer darkside, really.......so many jams....amazing array of samples and ideas condensed into the ole 'Ardcore/Jungle tunes, but at the end there, that Duketown sample was used in Van Keef's "Life Began Changing" as well I do believe. Amazing what you recognise....really appreciate this, been such a crap weekend and I needed something, some valve released on it. Much appreciatio!! :D
Such a forgotten producer in the landmark of hardcore, jungle n drum and bass
m-beat was on another level of producing back then
His talent was absolutely incredible.
Fantastic video. M-Beat's rave stabs are honestly second to none in my opinion. Especially on Just a Little.
Genius sampling! Those early M-Beat tracks were such a great balance of styles. Too good!
Through this video, found a tune I’ve been after the ID of ages, Sess! Slipmatt always used to play
Came here to find the samples used in 'Surrender' and was not disappointing. M-Beat is literally a god of music production.

Jet Star introduced me to the blackness of these producers. Jungle Hits Vol.1
Wow the time it takes to do this 🙏
