Will Longhorns or Wolverines win in week 2? 🤘〽️ #cfb #football #michiganwolverines #texaslonghorns
• Will Longhorns or Wolv... - Спорт
Texas is built to win week 2 on the road, they did it last year to Alabama.
Mason Graham, Kenneth grant ,will Johnson, The Don , Loveland best tight end !! Go Blue !!!
In that order.. GO BLUE!
If Michigan does beat Texas boy oh boy Ohio state fans will start shivering
Y would we care about UM beating Texas? That doesn’t affect us at all. It actually would help us cuz it would give Texas a non conference loss and make it easier for OSU to stay ahead of them in the CFP rankings.
@@RedEyeItachiAre you conveniently ignoring the possibily that michigan leapfrogs unproven OSU?
@@farriskhan2352 no because we play UM so we still control our own destiny. Texas losing doesn’t matter to us at all. Whether UM has 0 losses or 11 doesn’t matter to me. There r 3 things that matter 1. Beating UM 2. Winning the BIG 3. Making the CFP and having a shot at the national championship. Idc what other teams do that’s all that matters to me. All I care about is us handling our own business
@@farriskhan2352 when u start rooting for other teams to help u that means u clearly don’t believe in your team. Texas can be 13-0 heading into the CFP and that don’t affect me at all. All I care about is OUR games
The tough guys in Columbus will have found Lou Holtz by late November. They’ve bought the right culture with their payroll to beat Michigan.
One thing I think a lot of people forget is Michigan’s defense is largely intact. The offense is what’s going to be completely different.
They're gonna have to score
@@goodgrief1163that is the mystery. They still should have a running game though.
The main thing is the qb situation plus the WR room is bare decent talent but I don’t think anyone above 5’9
Not gonna be all that different. Gonna run the ball and use a lot of play action.
Really all depends on the o line. If they have another top tier o line they are gonna be hard to beat.
Missed-again’s defense isn’t largely intact. They have three starters from last year’s team. Look it up before you post nonsense.
Everyone including Klatt has basically crowned OSU as the National Champion for next year. No one is talking about how good Michigan will be. I hope Michigan surprises everyone again. Less pressure to be perfect since there will be 12 teams in the playoffs. Hope Michigan lets loose and just ball. They're playing with house money!
BOLD PREDICTION. Michigan finishes 5th place in the B1G TEN this year.
@@cjpreach Let's come back to this post at the end of the season. I believe Michigan will be competitive with every team they face.
@@jqsmooth77 Good idea. We never really know in advance what's going to happen.
@@cjpreach My prediction is that they will be top 3 team in the Big Ten. Playing in the Big Ten Championship game will come down to "head to head" and other team's records. I just don't see Big Ten shaking up the way everyone is predicting it to be. Think about the scenario where Penn State/OSU/Michigan/Oregon all have 1 losses. Then what?
@@jqsmooth77 Yes, that "4-way tie" would create more "opinion poll" confusion. Who scored the most? Who won on the road? Who had the toughest strength of schedule? etc. That would be a mess to untangle. Can't wait to see how it all plays out.
This is what college football is all about. I love these early season, big program games. 🤘🏻
When they have the and don’t find excuses to dodge them.
as an osu fan . I agree michigan is the champs and untill they show weakness they still are at the top
Respect.
Michigan though will always be the underdog. I think that helps Michigan. Almost -10 Bucks opening line.
Boy, you guys are loaded this year, gonna be a good game again
Respect
Much respect. Felt the same way about you guys for what seemed like forever
Michigan has five or six players among the best in all of cfb returning, the O-line is full of fourth and fifth year players, and they've got three QB's that would've gotten some attention in the portal despite being mostly unproven. They are better than most people realize.
Go blue
The narrative is the same for the last 3 years vs osu. Mich does not care whatsoever about your soft 5 stars. BET
Sure, but didn’t UM kinda cheat for those 3 years? Who’s supposed to beat you guys when you’re illegally recruiting and scouting?
It’s kinda coincidental that Michigan is having all these offseason struggles right after they were forced to stop cheating.
Idk, That’s how it looks as a bystander…
I BET you won’t BET Michigan beats Ohio State next game cause you already know in your heart what it is
@@kevinchavis8462 WHO IS WILL HOWARD
So everyone suddenly forgets how deep Michigans roster was last year and coming into this year?
Michigan is still LOADED and the defense might be better
It's not the players ability people question. It's the coach. You go from harbaugh to the Moore. How's Moore gonna handle the pressure. Also they m they have several new starters in key positions.
@@Braisedin Yeah, the coaching staff will need to prove themselves and the young players will have to step up big time in the absence of all the experience they lost off last year's title team.
Sherone moore beat pen state, though, and, osu @Braisedin
Do just a little bit of research. The offensive side of the ball is almost entirely new. And no stars except the TE. The QB will most likely be average.
Horns down come September…

This feels like 05 when Texas went to go play Ohio State
Michigan as an underdog is Michigan vs everybody again.
At Ann Arbor...forget it!
This is something the NFL made. Two of these teams were in the playoff last year.
I want UT favored and everyone picking them to win. UM's defense needs to show up big time. Can't wait.
Think about it this way. Both Michael McDonald and Jesse Minter were excellent coordinators. Don Martindale was their mentor. Michigan's defense will be better than last years.
Please......The game between Texas and Washington showed me that Texas's defense is soft.
@Shaman196 Their secondary is trash. Washinton exposed them. Their only strength on defense was their defensive line led by T'vondre Sweat and he's gone now soooo who knows what they'll look like this fall.
@@kwolf506 I think that it'll be a good game but Michigan will come out on top.
@@Shaman196this texas secondary is very different from last years. it’s now more talented, and it still has the experience. according to pff (pro football focus) the texas db’s played tighter coverage on the washington receivers than the michigan db’s did. the difference was penix being amazing vs texas and horrid vs michigan. oh not to mention the fact that texas will still have a top 10 defensive line with great edge rushers, along with a great mix of talent and experience at the linebacker position.
Ohio State fan here. Texas better prepare for a fight. UM still has a great defense so scoring isn’t gonna be easy. The biggest question mark will be the QB. I think this game will be A LOT closer than people think
Texas 28 Michigan 14.
Never heard a Ohio st fan dicc ride Michigan in any way...
Semaj Morgan, Frederick Moore, Colston Loveland, Donovan Edwards, Kalel Mullings are all offensive weapons that played huge roles in the Rose Bowl and National Championship game. If Alex Orji can take care of the ball and utilize his athleticism it’s going to be a long year for the haters. The defense going to be nasty too
What make you think orgi is the answer? I got my money on Tuttle.
@@vivienneduong6541 Athleticism, since Michigan doesn't throw the ball a ton I think the athleticism to run read options, speed options, and make the defense be scared of him as a runner will really open up passing lanes. Especially if they need to stack the box in order to stop it. Sherrone has not been shy about running the ball until you prove you can stop it.
Yes we’ve lost pieces on offense, but not much on defense and both systems, offense and defense are the exact same as the previous 3, I expect Michigan to be much more competitive than some are giving them credit for
!! GO BLUE !!
Both programs and the conferences.
I think Texas is the superior team on paper and that unit has more experience as a team given how much Michigan lost. That said I hope Texas wins but I could see a situation where the lack of scouting and tape on Michigan doesn’t give Texas much to go on. They will have talent but so does Texas. Michigan D against the Texas offense will be a great game.
texas is more talented but so was alabama and ohio st the last three years but Michigan has made a lot of changes. if Michigan can play the style thay have the last few years it will be a hard game for texas. Michigan has shown that thay can win in a completely different styles than any other team in college football.
Lets be clear we arethe DEFENDING CHAMPS. Everything good that happens this year is just icing on the cake. Dont sleep on our defense tho 😂
Michigan might have a better defense than last year's top def. Their running game will still be phenomenal and as long as the starting QB can be accurate and make plays when asked to (they dont ask a ton of their QBs) they'll be able to compete with anyone in the country.
Michigan returns almost their entire defense.
They've earned the benefit of the doubt with their O Line and RBs.
If Alex Orji is even as good of a passer as Denard Robinson, this team could repeat.
I think Orji will be what Devin Gardner was supposed to be.
Texas 24 - 20
No one talks about Michigan playing ONE power 5 non-conference game in the last 3 regular seasons.
I have heard this before in the fact that a team will roll in and try to stomp Michigan. Michigan will be more than fine. Go Blue. #Smash!
I love how people are just annointing Texas
Good, they earned that.
Me too.💯
Joel Klatt spends his entire day trying to figure out Michigan. Michigan is 40-3 top dog who had plenty of time to change leadership last year. Texas has their work cut out, and better watch themselves. Washington got them and look at what Michigan did there, oh and the defense is still.top.dog.
Everyone is pretending like Sharon Moore doesn't know how to coach last time I checked he beat two top 10 teams in 3 weeks last year
Hook em Horns
Hail to the Victors 🎉〽️❤️
With all due respect, they are replacing JJ McCarthy not Tom Brady/Brian Griese
I am more worried about losing Jesse Minter than I am anything else going into this season for Michigan. Defense was by far their strongest side of the ball the past 3 years, and he made sure they kept everything in front of them, which is particularly huge against the Buckeyes big air raid style under Day. If the defense falters, it could be a long (8-4,9-3) year
Michigan will surprise everybody this year. The culture of Michigan won the natty, the culture remains
As a M fan, it might sounds cute. Jim isn't here. He's the culture the past 3 years. As much as I want Moore to be Tomlin and not Juan Howard. He isn't Jim. I hope he's better but....😊
Go Blue
Texas takes the lead in Michigan and never loses it. Texas walks away with a win by at least 14.
As a Michigan fan, I think the Wolverines are being overlooked. I don't think Texas is ready for Michigan's defensive line and I don't think Texas understands how much the absence of Murphy and Sweat will impact their success
Huge buckeyes fan, but I will say this ….Michigan is a tough team. Don’t count them out. If I’m being realistic, I say they at least lose two games. But they will not repeat as national title champions.
Hoook em y’all 🤘🤘🤘🤘
This will be a potential statement game as much for Michigan's coaching staff as for the team as a whole.
Texas +/- 10 pts
*This wasn't a Rich Rod hire. This wasn't a scapeHoke hire. We know who we are. The Team. Go Blue.*
Please remember how Texas just went into bama’s house and everyone thought bama would win just remember the 10 point Texas win
🤘
I don't know what the offense will look like but the defense will be just as stout if not more.
Gosh I hope Michigan does
Texas will roll Michigan 34-16
Go Blue! - Us OU fans. Boomer!
😂 I'm a big Michigan fan living in Austin by UT. Wish we played him here but hey! Should be a good one
The huge question mark for Michigan will be the quarterback play. If they get that straightened out, they can win this game; otherwise, it will be iffy.
🐂🤘🤠🇨🇱
Texas is going to put a BEATDOWN on Michigan
We're seeing a Texas team that is mostly the same and a Michigan team with a questionable offense. Honestly they're biggest test to see if they're Ohio State ready is Oregon
Here we go again, Joel doubting Michigan but with a little bit of "I still like their chance but its 'impossible'" side skirt. He always does it and then when Michigan rolls, he's "I knew it would play like this but next week they're probably gonna lose again"....rinse, repeat, rinse repeat. That's the Joel Klatt-Michigan Football Relationship
I’ve not heard anyone say Texas is going to roll out and beat Michigan. They lost a lot but they have a great defense with the dl anchoring it. Just click bait.
Wolverines will take care of the Longhorns.
What NO ONE is talking about is Michigan still has talent from last year…they didn’t all transfer or graduate, and this team curb stomped Washington…oh yes, the same Washington that flung the ball ALL over Texas despite all our talent last year!
Just like when we rolled into Tuscaloosa and everyone outside the state of Texas gave us no chance to win…the same will apply to Michigan “shocking the world!”
These are the defending national champions facing a team that did NOTHING with a whole month to prep!!
🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
This is the definition of delusion and how to spin things to keep from facing reality.
UM will win, their defense is elite.
I 💯 guarantee Michigan wins this game
That’s sounds a lot like what Bama fans were saying last year.
I think it will be a great game, but Texas will pull it off in the end.
Go Blue!!!
That game is in the big house not easy to win in the BIG house they are undefeated at home last three years.
Best defense in the nation and their new defensive coordinator is more aggressive! You think the guy who invented the defense Jesse Minter ran will know it and coach it better. Good luck but the disrespect from Michigan as the defending national champions is ludicrous.
GO BLUE
Michigan will be like 🚫SU when they lost Urban… only the version without Ryan Day. 😉 Go Blue!!!!
“Run the BT for 3 years” BT commissioner: M cheated for 3 years. What a coincidence 😂
Assuming rod moore gets healthy sometime late in the season, Michigan returns 3+ first rounders on defense and many other 2-4 round guys. The offense doesn’t need to be special this year.
UM is gonna win. Texas choked against UW. Huge choke
All will come down to November 30th.
At the big house I'd say that is splitting hairs Michigan got absolutely gutted but still a very talented albeit unproven roster
Your not mentioning Texas lost ad Mitchell to the nfl they 2 best defensive players
No one from the south has carved up ANYTHING in the north in the last 3 YEARS except a Domino's pizza.
And yet, they are the National Champions already.
Georgia beat OSU and destroyed Michigan in the playoff within the last 3 years
@@jameslucky3872 And this year?
@@wingnut4217 Ole Miss whooped Penn St in the peach bowl, Mizzou beat Ohio State in the cotton bowl, LSU beat Wisconsin without Jayden Daniels, and Tennessee won 35-0 against that supposedly great Iowa defense. One fluke year from Michigan doesn’t change anything. The SEC still runs college football. Get over it.
@@jameslucky3872 Its a point since the SEC's student athletes are not encouraged to graduate but it will do.
As a Michigan fan, I can almost guarantee our pass game is going to be dog sh*t so, no, we aren't going to beat Texas... or Oregon... or OSU. You can't beat elite teams without a pass game. Period.
Michigan vs Texas? Holy mid off
Uncle Lou show on you tube, give him his theme music, Colorado season video hilarious must watch 😂😂.
Ole Miss winning Natty this year, book it!!
If Texas loses to Michigan and Georgia, their season is over!!
Texas by 14
I think Michigan shocks the world hence ppl are doubting them this year but seem to forget they have a deep team not even a year ago… I think Michigan will start the season off right but fall off at some point & obv lose to Ohio state later in season
I don’t necessarily know if we’re going to figure out what Michigan is all about against Texas.
Last year Bama lost at home, benched their starting QB and eventually went to their 3rd string QB and that team went on to win the SEC and make the playoff.
First of all, in my opinion.
You lost probably at least the second best quarterback in the draft.. Did they have him do a lot at michigan no. But he was consistent winner and did what they needed. Everything is tougher with new QB
I wonder what the l8ne is at for this
M GO BLUE!
Pundits are sleeping on Michigan including Vegas. That D is very experienced, no Diddy. Their offense is going to look more 2021 wolverines with the new QB1. Take Michigan and the points, Texas (Ewers is overrated) will not have an easy time and could easily lose, this game will be decided by 3 or less.
People forgot Michigan hasn’t lost a home game yet Michigan is going beat Texas reason why Texas doesn’t have enough talent on defense this year so I might be a slow start game
The big house is going to be jumping that day
I don't believe texas has enough talent on offense to stay competitive against the dominant defense that michigan will most likely be fielding this year
You must haven't seen the recruiting Sarkisian been getting remember he's an offensive guy.
@@ammielcoats9762 * "an" ...offensive guy!
@@G--Mann lmao 🤣 😂 my bad

These clowns crown OSU every year ...who has over a THOUSAND wins 🏆
Moore almost wrecked JJ. Texas wins. Smarter coach. Michigan is a dumpster fire after Jim’s players are gone.
Will Conner be there?
Former Buckeye Ewers is going to carve ‘em up.
😂pleeease 😂, Michigan will definitely smash him
just like Stroud and Honda McCord
@@jeffzuiderveen7266 McCord was the worst OSU QB in decades, which is why he was booted to Syracuse.
@@kevinjohnston4923 McCord was ranked 8th in 2023....Will Howard was ranked 23rd....good luck!

We will drag Texas and put everyone on notice we ain’t going nowhere
Worst pick for a noon kick.
And after michigan wins the 2024-25' national championship, were gonna watch you eat your hat, mouth!' " an tbere just gonna roll up here and beat michigan!"😂😂😂😂😂
You’re not going to find out as much as you elude to, simply because it’s week 2 with an overhauled offense. Oregon and Ohio will be the benchmark for team 145!
Michigan will beat Texas Michigan hasnt lost in ann arbor since 2020
yeh....because the last 3 years where they suddenly and magically got "good" has a legit resume to look at. Delusional!
Texas, Ohio... who cares they're going to lose to Michigan
😂😂
whose the backup running back behind the Don?
No Blake Corum will probably make Michigan a bit toothless. Jussayin’
