    As a bodybuilder myself I would like to point out one thing, Leg Raise Exercises will bring immense pressure on your lower back especially if you have big and loose belly thus, it is advisable that you do good warmups before these exercises and lose your overall body fat first before targeting these exercises.
    The reason is if you have belly fat and you target these exercises then your fatty loose abdominal muscles won't help you at all in these exercises and the strain which has to come on abs will go to your lower back which could cause serious pain and injury like slip disc etc.. You can cheat in Leg Raises by not keeping the legs or upper body straight but you won't get the desired results (however, the cheat can show you where you are lacking strength}. Best exercise to reduce the belly fat is rope jumping and running or any CARDIO. The exercises shown in this video is for strengthening the abdominal area and not for reducing the belly fat or abdominal fat. Channel Owner, no disrespect intended. Good work bro, keep it up.

      exactly brother...just the kind of comment i was looking for....i have been in the gym and even I can guarantee one thing....that spot reduction is a LIE and the only way we can lose fat is by applying cardio plus ab exercises plus CALORIE DEFICIT....even the instructor here might be using gym as well....no disrespect to him.....but he is a COMMANDO trainer so he has to teach others the concept of "no pain..no gain" but this is not the way to lose love handles or reduce belly fat...and ESPECIALLY NOT IN 20 DAYS...that is impossible to be honest...for abs to show visibly we need to lower our body fat throughout....yeh raise "20 days" ka text dalke video mai yeh log views batorte hai and kind of misguide karte hai public ko

If you are so motivated to lose belly fat even after avascular necrosis (avn) then I would like to suggest you to do YOGA of beginner stage or only PRANAYAMA with a controlled diet plan. Even frisk walking would help with a controlled diet. Don't expect miracle in 1 or 2 weeks however, you will surely get the results in 1-2 months.
