As a bodybuilder myself I would like to point out one thing, Leg Raise Exercises will bring immense pressure on your lower back especially if you have big and loose belly thus, it is advisable that you do good warmups before these exercises and lose your overall body fat first before targeting these exercises. The reason is if you have belly fat and you target these exercises then your fatty loose abdominal muscles won't help you at all in these exercises and the strain which has to come on abs will go to your lower back which could cause serious pain and injury like slip disc etc.. You can cheat in Leg Raises by not keeping the legs or upper body straight but you won't get the desired results (however, the cheat can show you where you are lacking strength}. Best exercise to reduce the belly fat is rope jumping and running or any CARDIO. The exercises shown in this video is for strengthening the abdominal area and not for reducing the belly fat or abdominal fat. Channel Owner, no disrespect intended. Good work bro, keep it up.
