  • The art of serving at the table is one of the professions that urgently needs to be valued. Two inspiring stories that Maria Grilo, director of Portalegre's Hotel and Tourism school, knows well and is keen to tell students as an example of the importance that qualified talent has in the art of serving others. And Fátima Lopes experiences this vision as she participates in the practical classes in waitressing where she learns some techniques such as table setting and glass polishing.
