Overwatch 2 is a 2023 first-person shooter game by Blizzard Entertainment. As a sequel and replacement to the 2016 hero shooter Overwatch, the game intends a shared environment for player-versus-player (PvP) modes while initially having plans for introducing persistent cooperative modes, though the plans were later scrapped in 2023, focusing the game on its PvP elements.

It's always a blast when you have a stack because it makes even the losses still fun but playing solo or even just duos gets rough since you gotta rng and hope you get decent teammates but with friends you know what's gonna happen every match so you just have fun because you know how good your friends are

Nothing is more miserable of an experience than playing this game solo. It's not a "5v5" game... No, no, no, it's a 1v4v5 game cause you've gotta fight thru the incompetent teammates you get verses the professional SWAT team the other team is composed of...
The misery this game produces is so potent that even WINNING doesn't feel good cause a freakin CAUSAL ARCADE game of Total Mayham feels like a sweatfest!!!...
A shame they killed off the PvE story. Flats did a video breaking down what happened imat Blizzard that explains everything, you should definitely watch it. (I think it's called "I/We were right about Blizzard" or something like that. Very recent.

This can't be real, I just started playing this a week ago. All of my veteran friends came back and we're having a blast, I'd have to say Echo, Ashe, and Ramattra are silly af (plus Reaper being a walking clip farm).

OW2 actually pretty fun imo I know that hating on it gets people lots of internet points but it’s consistently high on the steam charts 2 years after its release and has a pretty solid playerbase and good comms from the devs
Parts of it are frustrating for sure but for anyone who is considering it, I’d encourage them to try it, don’t succumb to the internet hate. It’s free so worst case just uninstall it
