Thanks for explaining the difference between the old and the new one but wish you would have kept the test going to see how long they lasted without hyperflashing
They would last about 5 minutes before overheating
But once’s they cool they will go back to normal
We need more 6th gen accord content
They didn’t have the new variant in my size unfortunately. Got the older one
I bought the previous version of thoose bulbs for my 4Runner and the hyperflashed inmediatly so I installed resistors and now the work just fine. Now I see this 2023 version promising they could fix the mistake without the resistor needed, but I see measured the time they do keep working as should. My question to you: Do you think that a resistor would keep my actual bulbs from getting heated better than taking them off and installing the new bulbs, or the new version of the bulbs would protect better than the resistor?
I think if you have a working setup why change it? But it don’t know if they are compatible with your vehicle
Had a set in the front on my 2018 XLE rav4 - even with ballast - they older switchbacks hyperflash. had to repair/remove the Lasfits and balast from the front. Must have some issue in the CANBUS? It was worse only when the engine is running? But engine off - blinks normal.
Yes the bulb probably is bad
Bought a set. Immediately both overheat and hyperflash. Seriously think the CANBUS is sending too much current to the front.
Normaly i thought that Lasfit is the best,but I also read there a lot of Problems

It depends on the vehicle, flip the bulb around
The white light didn’t work on my 2023 RAV4. Called lasfit and was told that it wouldn’t work because I have 2 wires instead of 3 wires. It didn’t say anything about that on there sight
I didn’t said that because every vehicle is different, you have to see if your car has running lights on the turn signals
