When I am born. ,I have no moles on my body and now I have a large number of moles on my body and my face it slowly growing in size and I can't breathe from one nostril of my nose , and also have constipation and my weight are losses after regular meat and I am just 22 years old

Our body shows no of signs or symptoms, but cancer can not be the only cause.
As per the doctors recommendation, nearly 50% of people around me are in pre cancer stage 😂

1)I never had moles in my body but I started getting mole allover my body and they kept growing
2) I had some small black/greyish ball kinda thing on my right nose but it came out when I sneezed hard but I can't breathe properly from my left nose
3) from 3-4 months,if I even walk 100-300 steps, I either completely blackout or faint (I'm an althete , so 20,000 steps are normal)
4) I have some hard feeling clot under my breast and if I massage it, It hurts like hell!!

The ptoblem is he wanna show off all these traits everytime..He mixes these things while interrupting the speech of oncologist, dermatologist, gut specialist, actor, spiritual leader whomsoever... I think if our boy has to speak about his views,, give it a shot at one episode with someone else asking things... Otherwise its better to be a listener to experts without interrupting or interfering....
I am 21 and dont smoke or drink and still get ulcers in mouth every month, in every 15-20 days.
