  • The plaintiffs say the defendant’s son has been bullying their son and broke his glasses on the bus one day. They’re tired of their son being bullied, so they’re suing for the price of the broken glasses. The defendants say their son and the plaintiffs are friends, and there was a third child involved who broke the glasses, so they are not responsible for the damages.

Defendants making excuses for their son is going to be detrimental to the boy's emotional intelligence. Don't accept lies and balderdash from your children. Make them deal with the consequences of their actions. That way they'll grow up with honesty and Grace.

Bullying is a parent thing. Your kid might do it a few times but if yall put your foot down and start punishing them (take away tablets, video games and cell phones etc) the chances of becoming a bully greatly decreases.

The plaintiffs kid was right. He doesn't know about being friends with him. He knows right from wrong and he is not trying to create the wrong kinds of friendships. He shook his hand only because he was nudged and has manners.

They are so young they don’t want to label them as bullies so JM is saying correct this behavior so it doesn’t turn into anything in the future. He’s not calling this bullying. The little one with glasses looked so happy when the judge said for them to be friends that was so cute I hope the parents don’t let their pride and anger destroy that. I hope they will be friends 🙏 cute little guys 💙

Your kid can be a straight A student all the way through high school...It doesn't matter when it gets to behavioral problems!!
A kid can be smart, but also mean. They can keep their grades up but still have issues on the playground. Intellegence doesn't affect your behavior - it's what you absorb and learn while growing up, the experiences you have, what you see at home.
I low-key felt like the defendents' son didn't really mean that handshake. His face had a look of almost hatred and like he was going to be facing a punishment when he got home. Maybe I was looking too much (or too little) at it, but his hesitation seemed like he was uncertain of what to do. Either way, both good looking boys.
